Room had heavy smell of cigarettes despite no smoking sign. Pillow had black marks on.

Hotel was very convenient; out of the railway station and straight ahead @100 meters. Long distance bus depot around the corner with airport transport.
The room was warm and clean. All usual amenities were there and the hotel has guest laundry.
Many varied restaurants can be found within a one block radius.
Front desk staff were efficient and helpful.

The room layout is average, the floor is like a maze, the hygiene in the room is average, the towels and bedding are relatively old, and the kettle is broken. The waitress in the restaurant is of relatively high quality. She greets, arranges dishes, clears bowls and chopsticks, and cleans the restaurant. She does everything by herself. 超喜歡這家酒店，非常乾淨，交通便利，有免費的停車位，還是挺方便的，前台服務專業，辦理快速，服務態度超級好，給選的房間很滿意，能看到白塔公園，視野非常開闊，早餐味道好，種類多，小姐姐很客氣，還給煮了麪條，西紅柿雞蛋麪，讓我感受到了家的味道，媽媽的味道，很感動，酒店位置很好，交通十分方便，旁邊有白塔公園和廣佑寺，還有個小夜市，我比較喜歡。

這個酒店位置挺好，出火車站走地下通道幾分鐘就到了，很方便，一進酒店很涼爽，這點真的很好，前台的接待人員很有禮貌，服務態度很好，給安排的房間很滿意，房間挺乾淨的，打掃的很仔細，工作人員都很好很有禮貌，早餐挺不錯的，樣挺多的，還給煮的麪條，服務特別好，此次出行很開心，看了白塔，吃了掌上鮮和烤肉，遼陽很好，遼陽如家更好。
