The room is very large, with a very high ceiling, which makes the room seem less warm. The room facilities are inadequate and unreasonable, and the tables, tea cups and sockets cannot be placed according to normal usage habits. The front desk was always empty. It took me a long time to find someone to check in and it took me a long time to show up. The same thing happened when I checked out. No one showed up after I called for a long time. There was nothing in the room but a deposit was required (most hotels have cancelled deposits now). There was a power outage in the morning and we had to wash and put on makeup in the dark. Breakfast was only from 7:30 to 8:00, the time was short and the front desk didn't inform us in advance. If the guests hadn't asked, we might have missed breakfast. In short, the hotel service was very unprofessional. The waiter was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions and requests.

入住的是集團院內豪華大床房，停車非常方便安全，樓體內環境寬敞美觀，入住房間超大裝修很新，實木房門三七開彰顯氣派豪華，屋內衞生乾淨入住舒適，服務周到還提供免費早餐，是去弓長嶺温泉、鷹嘴崖及觀賞荷花池、水庫濕地遊玩住宿最佳選擇之一。

千年古城遼陽山裡，温泉酒店五星級，温泉水確實不錯，酒店硬件可以，周邊環境正在升級打造，未來可期。管理規範，服務周到，臨時入住，遇有問題，前台主動積極，銷售部的小蘇經理熱情細緻，乾脆利落，素質優良。衞生和餐飲都不錯。會再來並向朋友推薦。

房間很大，很整潔，入住很愉快，早餐是花捲、煮雞蛋，小米粥，還有四五種小菜。旁麪不遠有農家樂飯店，菜品都不錯，魚很鮮，據説是水庫鮮魚。早上的日出很漂亮。
