Liaocheng Log House Homestay (Gulou)

Booked two rooms, the overall environment is good, I like the public area, it is very large, there is a sunken reading and rest area, it has a great atmosphere. It is very comfortable whether you take a stroll along the city wall or wander in the alleys of the ancient city at night. The room facilities are warm and have a small speaker. The cleanliness of the bedding needs to be improved. I didn't take pictures in the early morning. There was a hard stain, but I didn't think too much about it because I covered myself with the quilt inside out. The shower room drains slowly, and water accumulates after a while of showering. The Mulan Hotel where I stayed had central air conditioning just outside the window, which made a loud buzzing noise in the middle of the night. As the hotel was fully booked that day and it was already past midnight, there was only a new girl on duty at the front desk, so I endured it all night. I would consider staying here again, but I would not choose the Mulan room again.

We stayed in a Tatami Double Room with a large bed in the Otsubaki area, and the experience was absolutely terrible! The first person in the room was halfway through their shower when the hot water suddenly ran out, leaving them shivering with cold. We reported this to the hotel and were told it was a problem with the individual water heaters. However, the water wasn't supplied to each room individually; the entire floor shared one. The first guest to shower ran out of hot water, leaving the next few to wait. The hotel couldn't resolve the issue, and the amount of hot water they delivered was pitifully small, not even enough for a foot bath. Furthermore, there were several issues with the room's amenities: some windows wouldn't close properly, and some lights lacked off buttons and stayed on all night, severely disrupting our rest. The so-called amenities are superficial, and the actual experience was terrible. I truly don't recommend this hotel!

The room, which cost over 400 yuan, was damp and had a musty smell. The toilet took a long time to fill up after each use. The room was next to the road and it was very noisy when the ventilation was turned on. Also, the room had wooden furniture that had bugs. The children did not sleep well at night because they were bitten. The experience was very poor. The decoration of the front desk lobby was unique and suitable for taking pictures. The service was okay.

1. I've usually been lazy about reviewing, but this time I was particularly disappointed. We were supposed to check in four hours early, but when we arrived at 2:30 PM, the hotel hadn't finished cleaning yet. The room was damp and smelled like cleaning, the floor and sink weren't dry, and there was black hair clinging to the quilt. 2. The toilet lid was loose, and the flush button was broken. I had to fiddle with it to keep it running. 3. When I went to wash up that night, there was no hot water. I asked the front desk, and they said I had to boil water for washing my face and brushing my teeth, or I had to use the shower. In the end, I had to wash my face with cold water in a room on the shaded side at 19 degrees Celsius, and it left me feeling quite refreshed. As for showering, the front desk sent me a WeChat message saying the hot water storage system wasn't enough for two people to shower for a while. 4. The screen projection was blurry and out of focus, but it was just passable. 5. The security door lock was broken and wouldn't engage. See the video for details. 6. There was only one clothes hanger. Previous reviews had mentioned it wasn't available, and the hotel said they had fixed it, but it seems they haven't. There were four hooks, two of which were broken, so we had to pile our clothes on the table. To sum up, even if they make improvements and apologize, I won't book this hotel again. I went on the Ferris wheel and saw that the interior of the Ferris Wheel Hotel was quite nice, and the price was much lower. This is just for reference. If you're going to criticize me, I'm wrong.

位置超好就在古城裡，古城的西南，停車位充足，門口有城樓、荷花和木棧道，還有好多殘荷，還發現了2隻小鴨子在散步。一樓大廳的圖書非常多，有時間了可以坐下來喝杯咖啡☕看看書。早餐讓我驚艷到了，即好看又好吃，阿姨和前台小姐姐服務都非常好，還幫我找到了遺失的物品，非常感謝！下次來聊城還住你家哦。

這家民宿真的超讚！環境特別好，處處都透着乾淨整潔，讓人住着特別舒服。一樓的設計太懂女孩子心思了，出片率包的～ 房間是原木風，完全在我的審美點上。服務態度特別好，熱情又貼心～位置也沒得挑，就在古城外圈，出去遊玩特別方便，而且出門就是湖，散步賞景都超愜意，強烈推薦～
