和女朋友好不容易放假見一次，為了方便在這家酒店住了兩晚，離開的時候發現枕頭底下有蟲子，因為趕車加了經理的電話，我認為這麼噁心的東西應該一晚的2到3倍賠償，酒店不同意，説衹能一晚上，而且説我們拍的床鋪平整，檢查的時候比較亂，大哥誰枕頭底下亂，酒店可以不負責但是沒必要推卸責任吧，我倆好不容易見一面去坑你們錢？而且很明顯我們什麼也不懂所以到現在為止都被酒店耍的團團轉。12315去了也沒用酒店營業執照全，所以我們想退而求其次反正也鬥不過酒店，但是差評的態度惹毛了酒店酒店一點不願意賠償也聯繫不上，如家酒店這次給我長了心眼，避雷吧家人們，除非你是什麼大人物不然鬥不過的

隔音很差，睡着可以聽到隔壁的呼嚕聲就在頭頂，轉個身床有聲，感覺隔壁都能聽到。
優點就是離火車站近。
環境：不太行，其中一個房間進門有異味，要求換另一間房，沒那麼嚴重了。
被子有洞，破破爛爛的。一晚睡的不是很好。
