Grace Inn Hotel (Liaocheng Development Zone Zhenhua Shopping Center)

This time I stayed at the Ginza Jiayi Hotel in Liaocheng Development Zone, and I was really surprised and touched. As soon as I walked into the hotel lobby, I could hear the friendly greetings from the front desk guy. When checking in, he was very professional and efficient. It was obvious that he had received professional training. His smile was particularly warm and healing, and my tired mood disappeared in an instant. During the entire stay, both the front desk reception and the room service were very meticulous and thoughtful. The design of the room was simple and had a very homely atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the mattress was soft, and the spotlight at the head of the bed provided just the right light for me to read. The hot water came out very quickly, which was really great. Because it was the Dragon Boat Festival, when I checked out, the front desk guy also gave me a Dragon Boat Festival sachet. I was really happy and satisfied.

入住體驗很滿意，前台服務員很熱情，推開門就聽到了問候聲，聲音那麼飽滿，清脆，辦理入住還很快，一看就是專業培訓過，還貼心説了哪個房間，出了電梯往哪轉，真的很細心，到了房間之後，大致看了一下，裝修簡約但不失大方，衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品都是單獨包裝，很衞生，空調十分鐘不到，温度就降下來了，很給力。入住期間，衣服不知道在哪扯爛了，給前台打電話要針線包，不到三分鐘，就送上來了，送針線包的是打掃衞生的大姐，大姐還主動問了一下，需不需要幫助，我覺得縫衣服這方面還真有點難，也很不好意思的讓大姐幫忙縫的，這服務真的太棒了，給力

入住了聊城開發區銀座佳驛酒店，體驗感真的超棒！從前台登記開始，就能感受到服務的貼心。前台工作人員不僅辦理入住手續迅速，還熱情地介紹酒店的各項設施和周邊好玩的地方，讓人一下子就放鬆了下來。像我對當地不熟悉，詢問附近有沒有好吃的餐館，工作人員馬上給出了詳細推薦，還貼心地幫我規劃了路線。進入房間，客房大姐的用心也隨處可見。床鋪整理得整整齊齊，房間打掃得一塵不染，各類用品擺放有序。我不小心把飲料灑在桌子上，打電話給前台，客房大姐很快就帶着清潔工具趕來，清理得乾乾淨淨。客房大姐還幫忙洗衣服，第二天就能拿到乾淨整潔的衣物，方便又省心。退房的時候同樣便捷高效，工作人員會細心詢問入住體驗，有沒有需要改進的地方。這次入住銀座佳驛，從入住到離開，每一個環節都能感受到他們的用心，真的是一次難忘的住宿經歷，以後出差還會首選這裏！
