The front desk staff made a small incident when they were receiving the room. It was clearly a double breakfast, and they almost tricked me into paying extra, but they said..., they knew they had misunderstood, and they should have directly and openly asked for forgiveness, instead of letting it go. The front desk manager knew about the matter, but didn't take it seriously! However, after I pointed it out to him in person, he tactfully said he was at fault through WeChat. Maybe this is the standard of chain hotels!
