房間衞生一般，牆皮都發黴鼓包，設施齊全但插座都掉下來了，環境一般，蚊子很多，前台女服務員態度不好，男服務態度不錯。

距離火車站步行距離，交通方便，維也納品牌酒店的衞生綜合條件都是很不錯的，性價比是有的。唯一覺得美中不足的是早餐，聊城住酒店都沒吃過滿意的早餐，以前我經歷過，就是買點饅頭花捲主食加熱，菜也是品質一般的家常菜。可能聊城商務客比較少吧，商務酒店的早餐出品有點辜負維也納這個牌子。

有些舊了。大門台階很高，沒有斜坡。我帶着2個大箱子，上台階很費勁。若有腿腳不好的千萬別住。前台女服務員比較有眼力價，看我很生氣，叫人又送房間4瓶水。

酒店整體還不錯，但是相對有些老舊了，早餐也比較簡單，位置離古城不遠，朋友們相約一起來玩，集中在這裏住了一晚，基本還算滿意。
