Nice hotel, well located, very near to the train station.
Nobody can speak English and check-in was very difficult. Breakfast has only Chinese options, and not very good compared to same price hotels in other cities. Room was good and comfortable.

來聊城出差，住在這個酒店，嶽麓酒店，挺有格調的，環境不錯，位置也不錯。主要是服務的也很好，尤其是69號，好像是前台小姐姐，工作效率高，服務態度好，業務專業，給了我很好的入住體驗。給嶽麓酒店點贊，給69號點贊，下次出差還住這。

設施：四星級酒店的配置，但是時間有點久，傳統風格；
衞生：乾淨衞生，四星級標準；
環境：就在東昌湖西北角，大概步行到湖邊20分鐘左右吧，北邊的一條街各種飯店，比較方便。
服務：服務非常好，自助餐非常豐富，集合了當地各色小吃，每天送水果花茶到房間，很周到。最重要的是性價比極高，十一期間價格非常親民。

真的巨差，從開始房型給錯，再到晚宴的進行，連水都不到，説了也不到，假裝聽不見，服務人員態度巨差，説話也不理人，讓拿個東西也假裝聽不見，再到今天早上因為走的比較着急，打包了早餐，因為給客户打包，不知道口味，就稍微多打了點，服務人員一直在我旁邊説，打那麼多啊，能吃完嗎，別浪費，我們兩個人早餐費90多，還買不了您那些東西嗎難道，你們物價多貴啊，別人都不吃你們才高興對吧，衹能那麼賺才開心對吧，還用餅乾，放那一小盤，連一個小小的盒子都沒有裝滿，就在哪裡喊説我吧餅乾都帶走了，我請問那，你們自己排的少，別人拿完你們還責備對不，那你們怕拿完擺哪裡幹啥，酒店也不便宜再當地，但是你們的服務意識真的很差，也不知道老闆怎麼培訓的，真服了，我平時都不評論，但這次真的太過分了，就沒見過這樣的服務人，這樣的服務態度和意識

我坐火車早上5:30到聊城，本想存個行李先遊玩，下午再找酒店不遲，結果沒有存包的地方，衹能先找酒店，酒店外觀比較高檔，但大堂有點灰暗，大概是早上人少，節約用電吧。6:30到的酒店，説是7:00才能開房，後來另外一個姐姐給提前開了客房，非常感謝，省得我在大堂坐等半小時。網上説客房可以看到東昌湖及摩天輪，的確可以看到，只是離得遠，又隔層玻璃，看得不太清楚。下午回酒店，客房在修理，想馬上洗澡還不方便，最後換了大床房。客房不太大，但一個人住還是可以的，房間裏還有個柱子，還採用鏡子做表面裝飾。客房中心還送了水果，並要求抄寫好評，服務的確不錯，我也按服務員要求抄寫了。早餐很豐富，達到4星水平。有一對客人用餐隨意，將牙簽都拿到餐桌上了，服務員也不好説什麼，等客人走後，又將牙簽一根根撿回盒內。
