Firstly the hotel is good. But for example i need ice for my medicine but they did not have its not normal that not to find medicine. The refrigerator was not working. but the other things is good. Room is big shower is clean the beds are fine at all i stayed 2 days there and it was fine.

The hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is thoughtful. I needed ice cubes, and the room supervisor Liu Ling helped me solve the problem immediately. When I checked out, she also sent me fruit snacks. I was very satisfied. There are museums and the ancient canal city around the hotel. I didn't have enough fun after staying for two nights. I will stay here next time.
