The hotel based on lake side but its a little bit far from city. its hilton you know its fine for everything

Excellent hotel with competent and friendly staff members waiting to greet you. The bed is very soft and comfortable and the view from the window is spectacular! The staff really do a great job of making you feel welcome. Special thanks to Herman, who answered all my questions and escorted me to my room personally. The level of service is perhaps the best I've encountered in China.

The hotel has been open for a short time and all the facilities are relatively new. It is not far from Dongchang Lake and can be reached on foot. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The service is warm and thoughtful. There is a donkey meat shop near the hotel, and the donkey meat buns there are really delicious.

The shower water is average, the water pressure is not enough. The hygiene is not thorough, and there are water stains on the faucet

The service quality of the hotel is really too poor, and the front desk staff lacks basic quality! The menu in the room clearly indicates that the hotel's meal delivery service is until 9 pm, but at 7 pm, I called the front desk and asked that a team suggested a later time. As a result, I was told that there was no meal before 8 pm. The front desk staff contacted the kitchen and told us that there was only beef noodles. We asked if there were other dishes on the menu. The front desk first asked us what menu we had (the front desk staff themselves did not know the facilities in the room so well), and then said that they were changing the menu recently so there were no dishes on it (they did not know that there was a menu, and they changed the menu casually, and from beginning to end, they ignored the question of why we did not put away the original menu since we changed the menu, and used the excuse of being busy on May Day to shirk it). The front desk never asked us what we wanted to order from beginning to end! There was no attitude to solve the problem at all, and it was justified for not providing the service we should provide! ! The location of the hotel seems to be very close to the ancient city, but in fact, it is still a distance from the gate of the ancient city, more than 2 kilometers away, it is very tiring to walk, it is embarrassing to take a taxi, and the hotel is surrounded by farmland. I will never come to this hotel again! ! !

Hilton Hotel is very cost-effective. The hotel is very clean and the customer service is also very good. My teammate who was always forgetful left his suitcase in the underground parking lot. The hotel staff checked the surveillance for 2 hours to find us. I also like the hotel service staff named Feng Baoer, who helped us contact and properly arranged the storage and return of the luggage.
