When I stay in a hotel, I always bring my own kettle; I'm hesitant to use the hotel's. I didn't use my own kettle at this hotel. The hotel is located next to Wuyue Plaza, a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. However, the breakfast was mediocre. First, the variety wasn't very diverse, and second, the food wasn't up to par with a five-star hotel. The service awareness and ability of the service staff need to be improved. The noodle and wonton area is rather chaotic, and the waiting time is long and unreasonable. The noodles and vegetables selected by the same customer cannot be put into the pot at the same time, resulting in a long waiting time; in the porridge area, a bowl of vinegar or something was knocked over by a customer. The customer asked the waiter to deal with it. The waiter may not have understood what the customer said, but he certainly knew what the customer mentioned, and he did nothing because he did not understand the meaning; the guests' plates were not collected in time (the plates were seen piling up during the guests' meal, and they should have been collected in time, instead of waiting until the guests had finished eating).

After long journey , I could sleep very very well in the Sofitel in Lianyuangang. The front was very kindly and gentle in all the aspect. Location was great with amazing breakfast, also just hotel downstairs has the Starbucks. .in Lianyuangang , Sofitel will be my favourite hotel to staying.

The room is satisfactory, the soundproofing is good, the service is good, and the commercial street next to it is also very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun

In the morning, we had breakfast, very rich, taste good. We also feel the enthusiasm of Lianyungang this trip, and we will come to this store next time we have a chance.

The room is not big but very clean. We were upgraded to a family room for free, which is more spacious. The service attitude of every department in the hotel is very good, and the dishes in the restaurant are delicious. Thank you very much for sending me a gift box of mooncakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival! Lianyungang's tourism resources are quite good. In addition to famous attractions such as Liandao and Huaguo Mountain, relatively niche attractions such as ”Yangshan Island” are also quite good!

Very cost-effective Miss Hu at the front desk was super gentle and very enthusiastic. The original room said that the decoration was a bit old and it was recommended to upgrade. The room space after accepting the suggestion was indeed much larger and quiet. It was a log all-monsoon, and the TV was large and could be screened. The hotel also has a free laundry and gym available. The location of the hotel is very good, with shopping malls, hospitals, and pedestrian streets in front of it. Walk for five minutes to the pedestrian street, ten minutes to the old street of Minzhu Road and Yanhe Lane, there are many choices for eating.

Arrived at around 8 o'clock on the 21st. I have stayed here in Lianyungang for three consecutive years. The young man and woman at the front desk were very enthusiastic when I entered the door. They even upgraded for free when they found out they were old customers! Their service is really comparable to a five-star hotel! I will come here again next year! I was given a souvenir when I left! It was great! The happiest thing was that for more than 200 yuan a night, there were free drinks in the small refrigerator!

Especially the restaurant, the environment is very good, mainly breakfast, many types of taste are very good, we stayed for 6 days, every day is different, the key price is super cost-effective, children are free, Don't get up early to find food everywhere.
