老闆人挺好的，整體環境帶上耳塞的話基本是特別安靜的，有點鵝叫聲音不要緊，老闆送考服務也很好，空調也可以制熱，温度還算舒服，裝修也很漂亮。唯一缺點就是房間裏蟲子太多了，也別説我北方人沒見過蟲子啥的，有三五衹蟲子沒啥問題，畢竟旁邊都是地難免有蟲子，但是你出現三十衹是不是就過分了，也別説我誇張，我數了，白天我踩死的就十好幾衹了，晚上開燈不到一小時立馬十幾衹，飛起來嗡嗡嗡的，我都怕半夜蟲子爬進我嘴裏，嚇得趕緊關燈了，一晚上都沒敢開燈，衹開了廁所的燈吸引蟲子，江蘇訂了這麼多加酒店頭一次看見出現二三十衹瓢蟲，我是覺得挺離譜的，酒店一百多也不是説很便宜了，南京幾十的酒店也沒見過幾十衹蟲子，要不是一個人出門在外還比較偏遠，也沒敢説換一個房間，能理解南方蟲子多，但這不是讓蟲子淹沒我的理由，江蘇生活了好幾年，咱也不是説沒見過蟲子，但是我生活在這好幾年也沒見家裡出現幾十衹，我覺得這不是我沒見識的原因，這也就是我對蟲子還沒到極度恐懼發瘋的那種狀態，這但凡給到別人都得瘋了。

環境背山，附近就是旅遊景點，比較適合開車自駕遊的，出差商務的可能會有點便，但是問題不大，田老闆人很好，幫忙不收錢開車送出市區，還有洗衣服的地方，屬於自建房，比較新，晚上還是比較安靜的，熱水和水壓都可以沒問題，設施都比較新，比較乾淨衞生，民宿來説算比較好的。

老闆人很好，很熱情。會給我們推薦連雲港好玩的地方。充電器忘在房間，二話不説直接給我郵回來了。而且房間打掃的很乾凈，空間也很大，白茶味的沐浴露味道也很香。就是位置有一點偏，但是現在大家開車到哪裡都很方便。因為我們帶了小狗，就點了外賣在房間裏吃。老闆還給我們從外面搬了一張大桌子！！推薦附近的胖子農家菜，量大實惠也很好吃。下次來連雲港玩還會定這家民宿，推薦推薦！！！！

床很硬，被子都沒給，就給一個小毯子，我們定的是兩個人的大床房，但是房間像單人間，很小，牙刷也衹有一個，沒有給礦泉水，杯子都沒有，洗澡的毛巾也沒有。外面的環境就不説了，就是在村裡，一條小土路，早上天沒亮就能聽到隔壁大鵝在叫，很吵。看這裏評分高才定的，很失望。

地理位置有點偏，窗外是一片田園風光。房間比較大，設施也較為齊全，住起來還是蠻舒服的。老闆很熱情，自己開車送我們去考場。祝老闆生意興隆發大財！！！
