設施：自駕停車方便，海邊距民宿100米有免費公共大停車區，空間充裕不擔心。但建議地盤低的轎車停在上面路邊，因為停車區需要下一個很陡的有坑窪的大坡。附近200米內有多個民宿、商店、飯店、海灘，整個民宿區安全又乾淨，都是小衚衕隨意步行。 衞生：老闆是一家三口，老父母把室內衞生打掃得井井有條，人也很熱情好溝通。 環境：方圓500米的民宿區域都很乾凈，鄰里和睦無不該出現的噪音。距離連島最乾淨的免費海灘50米，如圖，很安逸。 服務：因為老闆一家晚上也需要休息，所以前台可能沒人，需要提前跟老闆留聯繫方式，有需要就溝通，老闆會馬上回復解決，很滿意。

年三十前一天路過連雲港，決定在海邊住一晚。非常推薦聽海，原因是讓你感受不像住在外面，有家的感覺。 房東父母在民宿裏負責搭理，老兩口非常純樸好客。正好大媽正在做包子，還分享給我們品嚐。晚上我們在廚房和老兩口烤火聊天。 我們車導航點全是積雪冰凍，晚上直接打滑，開不上來，老闆第二天和大爺，村民一起幫我們想辦法。剷雪，鑿冰。 民宿地理位置不錯，正對海，臨海邊的房子。落地窗户直接看海。 非常值得來體驗。我們還會再來！

設施：太陽台看日落和聽海剛好！ 衞生：乾淨衞生 一次性拖鞋和洗澡拖鞋都有！ 環境：在房間就可以看見海 很贊 服務：有專門的工作人員在這邊指引 奶奶在我們入住時還問了冷不冷 要不要➕被子 還在樓下和爺爺一起烤火 ps： 多多太壯啦！ 跟爺爺説可不可以去遛多多 爺爺拿出了一個超粗的遛狗繩 哈哈哈 但是根本牽不住多多 爺爺説多多四歲啦！一頓要吃一盆的飯 多多還有一個狗媽媽 好像叫胖妞 爺爺説比多多還胖！ 總之下次過去還是會入住這個名宿

位置特別好！！！！！而且老闆人也好！！窗邊就能看到大海，風景很美。老闆推薦的吃的也特別好吃😋

民宿位置絕佳，可以直接看海，秋天的海也非常漂亮，房間乾爽整潔，老闆服務熱情，介紹的飯店吃海鮮味道好價格也合理，大人孩子都玩得很開心，後面有機會再來玩～PS:老闆家的兩衹狗狗也超級可愛。

出門就是海 看日出很棒！房東服務態度很好！推薦的吃飯地方也不錯！值！
