房間衞生較差，辦理入住時酒店根本不看預訂訊息，完全忽視住客需求，説不要頭房尾房最後還是留的頭房尾房，前台的解決方式就是沒辦法沒房間。酒店周邊吃的比較少，衹有內海那邊的海鮮飯店，整體裝修不像2025新裝的，有點像翻新的。總之這個價位跟酒店是不匹配的。而且定的兩間大床房結果其中一間非常小，洗漱區也很窄，不推薦入住。

定的海景智能大床房，可以看得到海灣，單不過的確不算是海景房，衹能説可以看得到海邊的廣場，不過離在海一方很近，走路大概10分鐘的距離，離連島景區也差不多15分鐘左右的車程，酒店很新設備很智能，吹風機好評，酒店服務員態度也很好，唯一美中不足的就是酒店早餐，附近吃飯的地方也不是很多，至少要走10分鐘才有吃飯的地方。

看了評價來的，有好評有差評，來了親自感受過，才發現性價比是真高，離海邊步行也就三百米，樓下超大停車場，也有電車充電樁，房間智能化很好，衞生也很到位，不是快捷酒店能比的，更令人驚喜的是空調提前打開，每每進房間都是冷氣撲面而來，點贊

這是我目前住過最貼心的酒店 這邊海邊天氣濕熱 前台早早地就為我們打開空調，一進去就感覺整個人都活過來了，前台還有免費的爆米花，整個大廳都是爆米花的香味🍿，前台都會主動問要不要吃點爆米花呀，晚上玩完回去已經很晚了，有很多人在前面排隊洗衣服，前台小姐姐還熬夜把我們衣服給弄好了，真的給她們點個贊👍🏻，總體來説服務、環境都很棒，以後來連雲港的首選!!!!

房間環境乾淨整潔，智能馬桶，窗簾，小度隨時可以調空調温度，調窗簾開關，還可以放音樂，打開窗簾，窗外映入眼簾的是連雲港的碧波大海，一覽無餘，隔音很好，聽不到海風，也聽不到馬路聲，很晚了前台還幫忙把衣服洗衣機洗了，並且烘乾，一點也不影響第二天出行，需要刷卡上樓，安全感滿滿，下次來連雲港還會再選擇這家。

停車方便，樓下就是停車場。房間裏設施也很新，大廳還有免費的爆米花，很好吃。距離在海一方公園很近，步行幾分鐘就到。方便早晨和晚上趕海。在海一方公園旁邊海鮮排檔很多，吃飯也比較方便。

訂的海景親子雙床房 這家最貴的房間了 自己看圖片吧 價格也不便宜 倆晚700多 但是房間裝修味道太重了 帶孩子建議真的就不要去考慮了 馬路對面是格林豪泰 個人覺得不如定你好或者桔子 離在海一方更近 價格也差不多 這家也不提供早餐 飲用水是可以無限提供 也有24小時乾洗服務 可以免費借傘 前台也有微波爐 服務態度方面還是不錯 連住倆晚 第二天主動問是否需要更換床單 因為海邊玩床單免不了有點沙子 洗澡的時候發現沒有沐浴露給我裝了倆瓶洗髮水。。。和酒店微信溝通好延遲到2點退房 第二天超過12點電話我 怎麼還不退房？説最晚延遲到一點 服了 我昨天微信的溝通不做數是吧 後來協商還是同意2點退 最後暴雨我們提早改了火車 一點退房了

酒店位置就在在海一方公園附近，站在窗户邊上就能看到大海。房間裏面的設施也很齊全，吹風機、淋浴頭都很好用，前台也很熱情，我們的火車票時間比較晚，就跟客服商量晚一點退房，前台也很快給解決了，整體入住感覺超好，價格也很適合，周邊吃飯什麼的也很方便，非常旅遊來住。
