The room was clean and spacious! Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. A variety of food options were available right outside the hotel. Restaurants also opened till late at night, so we were not afraid that there's nothing for us. Overall service provided was amazing and location of the hotel is great. Will stay here again!

The Carlton has clean and spacious rooms with solid amenities. There are many restaurants both Chinese and Western nearby. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Easily worth the money spent. It is a little out of the way of tourist destinations and the bus system, but there are plenty of taxis on the street, with a taxi stop a short walk away.
