酒店住的挺舒服，房間乾淨衞生，靠近步行街夜市，交通便利，離在海一方很近，看海很方便，前台服務人員也很熱情，給我介紹了周邊吃的，門口就是車站，離這邊的商場也很近，走路就到了，下次來連雲港還住這裏

1、酒店一共3層沒電梯。2、衞生間乾濕不分離，洗手洗臉的廢水直接從地面通過浴室的排水口流走。3、洗髮水給的是袋裝的，紙巾擦手紙屑會沾手上4、房間燈的開關無標識，都比較亮沒有合適的夜燈能開5、在走廊/在房間內都能聽到邊上房間的説話聲6、前台不提供可飲用的熱水，房間有熱水壺

門頭突出，在馬路同側不是很好找。
賓館設施比較新（但不包括床品），住的3樓，2樓還在裝修，空調還算給力，房間隔音很不好。
住的第一晚夜裡迷迷糊糊被電視機開機吵醒2次，住的第二晚11點隔壁看奧運，房間裏聽的清清楚楚，多次打電話去前台讓協調一下，前台一開始很不耐煩還掛我電話，不過最後幫忙解決了。
主打一個價格便宜吧。
床單上有臟就算了，還有洞……
衞生間的玻璃門有點安全隱患，希望店家能在門上貼點花紋裝飾避免碰撞
房間的燈關了還是有亮光。圖3是關燈狀態。

設施：衞生間地面有水很滑，床單古董
環境：馬路上聲音多大，房間就多大

千萬別住，酒店環境差就算了，服務態度也差，我們本來訂的雙床房，到那裡前台説沒有雙床房了，給我們升級“豪華”大床房，結果一進去，這“豪華”大床房又小，床上被子還有不明污垢，廁所連燈都沒有，廁所特別小，我們跟他反應後他説：廁所門是透明的，開外面的燈就行😅就這服務，差得不行！
後面我們堅持要換房，他就給我們換了3樓的房間，是個雙床房，上去一看有好多雙床房都是空的，真不知道他們這是什麼服務態度，我絕不會去第二次，環境差，服務差，態度差，衞生差！沒有一處是滿意的。
差差差差差差差差差差差差差差差得不行，從來沒住過那麼差的酒店！
