途徑連雲港，臨時找的住所，特別滿意。老闆娘很熱情好客，民宿是新裝修的，環境設施都很好，院裏的小景緻別有一番風味。

從攜程看到林家驛，去了果然沒有失望，庭院風格，很有特色，進入院內，給人一種悠然，寧靜之感，院中可以喝茶，周圍有魚兒環繞，晚上可以坐院內看電影，這裡有廚房，讓人有了家的感覺。環境優美，衞生很乾凈。閑聊得知此屋是軍人家屬所建，其中是有歷史故事的，真實而令人感動，此屋的每個傢俱，柱子，都是主人用心挑選的。從到這裏老闆娘就很熱心給我們推薦當地好玩的地方，路線都發給我了，需要買特產從她口中得知棲霞路，去了那邊，好吃不貴又量大，我和朋友能入住深感榮幸，總之，這次路途很愉快，這間屋子也因着老闆娘的熱情與愛心而增了一層光輝，屋裡忘拍了，總之很乾凈，附贈一張我們那間房子圖，廁所，淋浴，浴池，都是單獨隔開的，設計用心。歡迎大家入住林家驛。

#衞生先説衞生，今年新開業的民宿，衞生滿分，裝修色系乾淨淡雅，燒水壺蓋子託盤等不容易注意到的衞生死角都做的很好很乾凈。#房間設施隨手實拍圖，可以去別的評論圖看看其他人拍的更全面。細節之處見真章，走廊上的實木休閑椅、餐廳配置、房間內床頭、踢腳線、空調管道線路隱藏、環保板材櫃體、三分離洗手間、超白磨砂玻璃門燈帶隔斷，不是有強迫症，或對衞生有絕對高要求和對民宿擁有高度熱情的，不會更不敢這麼設計裝修。滿分。#服務大門是密碼鎖，本來行程緊張行李也沉，門口沒有人接待衹能騰出手來按密碼是有點不滿的。但是進了門正好看到一臉熱情的老闆娘跑來搭手，冷氣開的蠻足的餐廳老闆娘還一額頭薄汗，聊天才知道她一個人忙到下午還沒吃午餐，得知我們也沒吃還特意拿出來好吃的和水果投喂，待人十分熱情，開始那點不滿也煙消雲散。滿分。#位置交通根據民宿定位打車，下車挺好找的。外部不太起眼，找不到的話可以找評論區那位打了三星的大姐説的“香燭店”就在對面。順便提一嘴，有跟她同樣顧慮和想法的不建議入住，可以去找其他的風水寶地。#早餐中餐西餐都有，老闆娘廚藝絕，餐廳衞生條件和食材也好，明廚亮灶，滿分。#床着重提一下床品，亞朵標準，累了一天的出差人士衹想躺平睡個好覺，滿分。因為行程安排緊張衹住了一晚，但是我看到了老闆娘的用心和熱愛。小院兒不大，一共也就五六間房，非常適合親朋好友一大家子出來玩，包院兒性價比很高。再就是適合商務人士、情侶閨蜜好兄弟旅遊等、或是孩子聽話不吵不鬧的家庭旅行。

進名宿的時候就感覺很像家的感覺客房衞生相當整潔老闆服務很好很熱情周邊基礎設施完善還幫提供電動車第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯

沒有想到在連雲港這個地方能夠遇到性價比這麼高的民宿，因為帶着貓貓，所以衹能選擇民宿，店家是個非常熱情的大姐，救助了很多流浪動物，對於我們這種有寵家庭也表達了極大的熱情和理解。房間乾淨整潔，質量很高，沒有以次充好更是不吝惜成本的想讓住客感到舒適。臨走前大姐怕我們沒有吃早飯，還特意百忙之中給我們做了清粥小菜，最後還把給自家侄女準備的小菜給我們打包帶走了，非常感謝大姐的款待，如果下次再來連雲港，一定還會來住。

房間裝修沒得説 確實按高標準來，內部環境設施還可以，外部環境就有點……可能民宿就忽略這個吧，路口有個香燭店感覺不舒服，至於服務，真的一言難盡，我也算是天南地北到處玩的人了，什麼高檔酒店民宿普通連鎖酒店都住過，沒見過這樣服務風格的店家，老闆不適合開民宿適合當陰陽師！莫名其妙的

老闆服務態度非常好，衞生環境很高檔的一家民宿，老闆的父親是抗美援朝老兵，民宿老闆給我們介紹了他們一家的歷史故事，早餐是老闆親自做給我們吃為的就是讓我們有家的感覺。民宿位置很友好離海鮮城和步行街都特別近，周邊遊玩也方便，下次去還會入住
