Checked in smoothly — the lobby looks classy, with plenty of staff around helping guests. The room was super clean and very spacious. Big bathtub, two toilets, and a soft king bed — exactly the kind of room I wanted!
The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool or a garden to walk around. There’s not much food nearby, and the nearest shopping area is about 1–2 km away. You can order food delivery though, and the breakfast buffet has both Chinese and Western choices, which was pretty good.
The good thing is the hotel is very close to the beach— you can walk to Zai Hai Yi Fang Beach Park. The area is peaceful and nice. You can also rent a shared e-scooter right at the entrance and ride around 8–9 km to the Old Street. That place feels like going back to 1937 China — full of vintage vibes, street food, and local snacks. Perfect spot for couples to walk, relax, and enjoy the evening. Overall, it’s a great stay and a lovely experience!

酒店位於自貿片區周邊，且是去年新開的還是洲際下屬酒店，環境佈局尚可，服務人員主動提供服務特別是前台王翔宇女士辦理入住手續快，而且還送我們一個歡迎水果特別好，藉此機會為她點贊！周邊有7-11便利店及有些當地人開的海鮮餐廳步行即可，馬路對面就是在海一方公園，距離海濱大道步行就可，作為飯後散步的場所也是個不錯的選擇。

在VOCO入住期間，我收穫了一段極為愉悦的體驗，其中，前台的Eva功不可沒。
初到酒店，舟車勞頓的我拖着沉重的行李，滿心疲憊。Eva見到後，立刻熱情地迎了上來，面帶親切的笑容，主動接過我的行李，引導我辦理入住手續。她的動作輕柔而熟練，一邊快速準確地操作着系統，一邊耐心地向我介紹酒店的設施與周邊環境，聲音温柔又清晰，讓我瞬間放鬆下來，疲憊感也消散了不少。
辦理入住過程中，我隨口詢問了附近的餐廳推薦，Eva立刻如數家珍般地介紹起來，不僅詳細説明瞭餐廳的特色菜品、價格區間，還貼心地根據我的口味偏好，給出了個性化的建議。她還主動打印了一份地圖，在上面清晰地標註出餐廳的位置和前往路線，讓我對用餐安排瞭然於心。
Eva的細緻入微、熱情周到讓我在整個入住過程中都感受到了家一般的温暖。她不僅僅是一名前台，更是酒店與客人之間温暖的橋樑。希望VOCO能培養出更多像Eva這樣優秀的員工，也期待下次入住時還能再次得到她熱情的服務。

看中洲際旗下，又是新酒店，選擇了voco
房間面積尚可，設備很新，由於是新酒店，提供了空氣凈化器。
自助早餐不錯，中西品種都有，食材比較新鮮，超出預期。
作為新的五星級酒店，沒有膠囊咖啡。
枕頭長度太短，像豆腐塊狀，不舒適。
服務員服務水平有待提高，見面基本沒有問候，前台辦理入住一位x姓女士也沒有笑臉，很冷淡。
酒店中餐廳晚餐，因包間較滿，散座服務員明顯不夠，上菜速度慢，還要客人自己端菜，很失望。
最不舒服的是酒店外牆維護，窗外就有工人，導致房間全天不敢開窗簾，很憋悶，體驗很差。

和父母清明出門旅遊，選擇連雲港這座海港城市，選擇了VOCO。酒店坐落在海港旁邊，環境安靜，佈置簡潔大氣，讓人非常驚喜。
交通：出門就是公交車站，有遊3直達連島景區，也有B1K直達連雲港高鐵站，非常方便。酒店離在海一方公園也非常近，可以晚上或者早上去走走，看看日出。
衞生：非常乾淨，讓人很放心。
餐飲：酒店餐飲也品質很好，食材新鮮。
服務：服務很棒，會主動問需要，還會把行李送上房間。管家小馬非常貼心，主動告知附近的遊玩、飲食及交通攻略，還考慮到有長者，專門送上紙質版的，非常滿意。
