入住時前台説安排房間衹是比較遠離電梯，結果上去後是最邊邊一套房間，並且側面牆體被水泡了，一大片水滲在牆體上。我當即要求換房，換了一間後洗澡的小花灑沖水時完全不能固定卡位，我又找前台，前台態度非常強硬，説可以找工程部人員晚上趕過來維修，要麼退房費我立即搬走，但如果還在這裏住就不可能退房費或者有折扣。晚上將近 10 點了，我退了房去哪裡住？！找攜程客服協調，他們的反饋是酒店不承認花灑有問題，説房間設計就這樣！房間的電話機也是壞的，出問題時無法打電話聯繫前台！失望至極！

性價比真的不錯，乾淨衞生，小而高級。房間提供一包掛耳咖啡口味不錯，一包紅茶，4瓶水，一些糖果，早餐也比較豐盛。下次還會再來，離火車站不遠，同等價位首選👍

房間乾淨衞生，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐很温柔，説如果有需要隨時撥打前台電話，這句話讓我感覺到很温馨，走廊遇到客房阿姨阿姨也會微笑跟我打招呼，很棒的一次入住體驗
