投影很好用，窗簾拉着就清楚了，也可以投屏，想想海邊玩了一天，回來躺床上看着大屏幕電影，你細品~老闆有問必答的，整體不錯，性價比高。
出了小區就是在海一方，離連島也近，租個電動車就可以到，很方便。

投影儀：能開不能用，畫麪糊的根本看不到任何東西
空調：卧室一台、客廳一台，但制熱能力極差，冬天很冷
空調遙控器：兩個遙控器電池都沒電了，換換吧，空調差點打不開，來來回回倒騰二十分鐘
廚房：水壺能用，其他有點臟
衞生間：沒有浴霸，所以當天沒勇氣洗澡（客廳和卧室空調的熱氣可吹不進來）
洗漱用品：牙刷掉毛我能理解，但扎我牙齦裏就有點過分了
沙發床：是壞的，所以住兩個人可以，四個人就別想了
不過真能看到海，下過雪後外面的景色還可以
另外，裏面提供了計生用品，我以為是杜蕾斯，結果是杜雷士，笑死

房間很温馨，寬敞適合大家庭或者朋友出遊。
位置也很方便，唯一不好的是停車不太方便，不過酒店步行100米有一棟大廈收費停車，封頂20元，很安全～老闆回覆消息也很及時！
衞生也是可以的，還能做飯！

房間很大，乾淨整潔舒適，位置比較便利，躺在床上可以看日出日落，也可以看到海景，非常Nice，去連島也比較近，最重要的是，房東人非常不錯👍👍👍，這次連雲港之行，非常滿意

整體環境不錯，房間看到的海景很美。距離在海一方公園比較近，小區比較大，開車更方便些。最大的優點是可以自己做飯，廚具鍋碗齊全，對於帶孩子來玩的非常合適。另外希望把洗手間的水龍頭換一下，洗手枱空間太小，可以放兩個架子，不然洗漱的東西沒地方放。

晚上車位很緊張，還好預留了樓下的車位。民宿空間很大，窗外景色也很美，如圖片一樣，吊椅打卡很好看，走下山過馬路便是在海一方公園海灘。只是開門禁卡的盒子有點費勁，麻將不全也不能玩，洗臉盆的水龍頭很難用。

老闆的民宿房型挺多，分佈在在海一方附近的小區裏，我們一行10個人，想要離海邊特別近的，老闆給推薦的這個真的特別合適，房間大，設施多，海景非常震撼，能做飯，能聚餐，能唱歌，還能直接在房間裏看到日出，真的非常滿意的一間民宿。
