房間不錯，家裡的人很滿意。非常適合一家4口或5口出行。老闆人也很好，非常熱心。距離連島非常近。向南走10分鐘左右就能到家得福超市和步行街，房間還能看到海，特別棒，停車也非常方便，樓下東南角的海鮮店做的不錯味道好極了價格適中味道比北邊那條街上的強。就是買煙要向北走幾百米。

十分好滿意極了，空間很大裝修時尚！親子住宿，非常有格調，兩個小孩玩的可開心了。圖片真實採光非常好，還可以晾曬。服務也很好。總而言之，刷到這個評論的可以放心踏實的入住。

拉開窗簾就能看見大海，步行幾分鐘直達沙灘，周邊很多美食，很是方便。進入房間很是驚喜，衞生乾淨，裝飾搭配好看，設備齊全，有小冰箱洗衣機。整體體驗感頗完美。上傳幾張美圖😘😘😘

位置很棒，過紅綠燈就是在海一方，位置很好，而且小區安保很不錯。房間很大，而且很乾凈，舒心的住宿。
設施：都很齊全，該有的都有

位置不錯，小區下面吃飯 買東西方便，緊鄰在海一方公園，走路幾分鐘就到了，很方便。去連島景區，打車十幾分鍾。
每間房都有空調。
被子什麼的床上用品比較差，夏天都嚴重起靜電，建議自帶床單被罩。
廚房沒有餐具，買了西瓜沒刀切，有些不方便。

環境：還不錯，一家人住也正好。
服務：12點之前退房，可是12點之前就敲門3次催着讓走。説是下一家等着來住。我們收拾好走了，收拾衞生的大媽還對我們説，終於走了……很無語。
