環境比較差，前台態度好差，難怪生意愈來愈不好，唉….不推薦去，我是冬天去的，熱水也不怎麼熱，反正體驗感好差….

1.我覺得這酒店挺大的，但是這前台講話和這酒店氣質不符合。因為我之前見過的都是輕聲細語講話的前台。2.水，飲料什麼的也沒標價，但是是需要收費的，這個真的真的不太能接受。一般酒店要另外收錢的都明碼標價。3.退按金不是當面退的，後面才到賬，房間他們就放了一瓶紅牛和兩瓶礦泉水，我們沒動過，還説我們動了什麼王老吉和酸奶，我都不知道從哪來的這些東西，然後多扣了按金，打電話過去，説是他們弄錯了，好在後麪退了。
