説是打掃過的房間結果上面一個很大的黑腳印，整個床也是亂糟糟的，衞生間還有別人用剩下的袋裝洗髮露，房間真的打了嗎？另外開發票，前台説這邊開不了，得快遞過來，郵費説是酒店承擔，結果等發票寄到了，快遞費到付，
