Every time I go home, I stay at Jinling Hotel. It is clean and hygienic when I bring my children. The breakfast is relatively rich. The front desk staff is very patient. It is the first choice for me to stay when I return to Lianshui.

On the night of check-in, the bathroom door was not closed tightly, causing the shower water to overflow and flow all over the floor. When I was taking the bath towel, I fell to the floor. I immediately found the water leakage and called the front desk. They came to the scene to deal with it. I waited for nearly 20 minutes. In the end, the on-duty supervisor on site did not give a satisfactory decision-making plan. Because it was close to 2 o'clock in the morning, we temporarily arranged to change a room to rest and wait for the hotel to reply us after negotiation. At 2:30 pm, the hotel privately decided to deal with the 20% discount on the room rate. This should not be the service of the best local hotel. The worst hotel accommodation experience..

The air conditioner is just for decoration and has no temperature at all. The windows in the room are leaking with tape. The quilt is super thin. I woke up with a fever in the middle of the night. The shower water is not hot either. It's too bad!
