1、房間夠大，床夠舒適，美中不足的是剛踏入酒店房間裏面時有一大股長時間不通風的氣味。2、酒店提供的免費早餐太簡陋。

作為一個三星級酒店，不要請那些沒有培訓過的打掃衞生阿姨人員就上崗了！  2:00退房，然後我續住睡到6:00，然後每個小時扣我¥50 壓金扣完200了 我無話可説 ，直到晚上我回家的時候我發現我衣服少了一件短袖，然後我打電話去叫 前台登記 有沒有看阿姨有沒有撿到 然後他們説幫我登記一下 第二天他跟我説沒有。我那短袖是我女朋友送給我的情侶短袖¥300一件很有紀念價值的，活生生被你們氣死 那個短袖就在房間忘了拿！請作為一個三星級酒店該做的事要做好 ！兩次了 去年我朋友 也在 不見了一個耳環戒指 你們酒店也是説沒看到？請問那些打掃的阿姨看到客人落下的東西是不上報上去的嗎？啊？是沒有培訓就直接拉來上班了嗎？作為一個三星級酒店是不是在廉江覺得開房的 都是那些沒有錢的 是不是很撈的？意思是客人別人落下的東西是不貴的？完全沒有一點意識嗎？真的是活生生被氣死！

酒店整體還行，早餐挺豐富的，不過房間的空調設定好，不能調更低這個有點不太人性化，畢竟每個人對温度的感觀都不一樣，房間不寬
