入住前兩天就聯繫店家需要怎麼入住，説當天會聯繫我。等到我快到目的地了找她們，才叫我電話。她説要加微信轉按金，她再給房間密碼。那些房間衞生很差，有蟑螂屎，很多灰塵，房間垃圾桶還有垃圾。房子味道很臭，鹹魚乾臭襪子味道。幾個人一晚上沒睡，而且還開着窗户。第二天找她們説，也有顧客反應是有味道，她們自己進去也知道有味道，説是櫃子的味。這樣的房間還拿出來賣，也是無語了。後面才給我們換了一個房子。從還沒入住到退房退按金，都是一股火。這次是入住感最差的一次體驗。

和圖片嚴重不符！！！有蟑螂，有異味，床坐上去就響，感覺要散架了，廁所暗衞有發黴的味道。200塊住這個環境真是醉了。下了單以後沒有人聯繫你，等我晚上8點多才想起來，要自己主動聯繫的房東。這房東還是個中介。到了以後門打開就是一股味道，然後一進門發現大拇指大小蟑螂，拍給房東看，房東問我們是不是北方人沒見過這麼大的蟑螂，這個很正常。無語。

一次很好的入住體驗。老闆人很好，房子裝修得也不錯，挺新的，而且很乾凈。周邊有很多好玩的項目，水世界、歡樂谷、海底小縱隊、奧萊都在這附近，吃喝玩樂都很方便。下次來還選這家，謝謝！

房間乾淨衞生，窗外可以看到一個大樂園，風景很不錯，還有廚房可以自己做飯，晚上睡覺還可以，挺安靜的，體驗感還不錯

比預想的還要好，適合家庭居住，房間很乾凈衞生，還有廚房位置也很好找。老闆升級了房間也很好。下次有來貴陽還是會來這裏首選，出門騎哈羅也很方便，門口就有，帶了孩子們去海底小縱隊玩。騎車才幾分鐘就到了，小區樓下門口一排有很多東西吃，也有葯店很方便，還有便利店。

第一次帶孩子住民宿，環境衞生都很乾凈，超出我們的期待，位置也很方便，挨着奧特萊斯，買東西和吃東西都很方便，老闆熱情又耐心，超級nice！由於我們是常駐阿姨，每三天還給打掃和收拾一次房間，有一種賓至如歸的感覺，下次來福州還住這裏。

房間的被套毛巾衹用房間內部的洗衣機洗，完全沒有消毒的過程。被套像是原房主用了很久的。門口還裝了斷電裝置，出去一下就要重新跑過去按一下取電。水都是大桶的便宜水。還沒有飲水機，喝起來很不方便。停車費一整天要15塊。
