I was surprised that such a perfect hotel (including the security guard in the parking lot, the limousine driver, and other service staff were all very warm and polite), how could there be such a waiter? Your guests come all the way to this place to bring you money. Do you treat them with this attitude? Fortunately, another waiter came over and persuaded him to leave, relieved the guest's mood, and offered to upgrade the room. I was very grateful to him. The reason why I say this is that I hope such a place can develop in the long run, not to vent my anger. But details determine success or failure. The hotel is a great getaway to the Guian water park. The rooms are clean and spacious for a family of 4. Their breakfast is both western and Chinese style giving a lot of choice. Something they can work on is to have jacuzzis drain water automatically and not having to call hotel staff to drain the water any time we needed to fill it up with water. The hotel staff and especially the hotel manger were very supportive. We’ll use the villas next time we visit.
