Pros: Good breakfast buffet with options for vegetarians/vegans. The staff that work in that restaurant are very sweet and kind.
Cons: The shower was faulty and the room smelled of dirty buttholes. Awful check-in process made worse by inefficient and clueless reception staff. Is it acceptable to wait thirty minutes to check-in? I don't think so. I understand this is China and not many people speak English, but if you're going to force foreigners to pay extra for "international hotels," you could at least train the staff properly.

房間衞生還行，就是辦公桌邊上的三眼插頭直接頂着枱麪，如果遇到電腦充電插座這樣的，是沒法插進去的。然後房間隔音比較差，旁邊房間説話聽很清楚而且不知道哪裡會鑽風，我是不抽煙的，莫名其妙房間就一股煙味，也不知道是空調裏的還是走廊別人抽煙帶過來的。
然後定位五星級別的話，服務這塊可能連三星的甚至快捷酒店都比不上。辦入住的時候前台全程冷臉，衹在確認我訂單和要我刷卡付費的時候講了兩句話，早餐幾點開始在哪裡用，電梯在哪怎麼走，都是我問了才告訴。退房的時候開發票説要等半小時，結果我離開酒店兩個多小時也沒動靜，後來打了電話催促才開出來。衹能説是一次不太愉快的體驗。

給朋友訂的房間，離景區很近很方便，開車幾分鐘就到了。酒店環境很好，服務也很到位，大堂楊傳民熱情接待，幫忙運送行李。房間裏冰箱、保險櫃、體脂秤無線充電等等設備齊全。以後招待客人就選擇華錦酒店了👍👍
