我和朋友3人入住，訂了個標間和單間，衞生間居然洗澡和洗臉就共用一條毛巾也是服了，找服務員提供，服務員説裏面有幾條就幾條沒的多，單間那朋友更可憐，大毛巾都沒一條，枕頭多處污漬，服務態度差，不推薦朋友們入住。

訂了兩房，就複製吧，酒店名字很大，房子設施老舊。感觸較深的事服務態度，提前一天就預訂了房間，前台也不穿制服，態度很差，晚上到了才説所有外省的必須出示72小時的核酸檢測報告，要不就自己退訂。晚上到了醫院也不給查，折騰了一個多小時，維也納也沒有拿出正式規定的文件，她們自己給梁山疾控中心打電話説沒問題都不行，出示綠碼行程卡也不行。國家和當地沒有這種規定，預訂的時候也不寫，晚上到了就為難顧客，感覺維也納應該是沒房了，最後攜程協調住的隔壁別的酒店，別的酒店都説規定就是以行程碼和綠碼為準，最多報備一下，維也納真是超級垃圾。
