員工訓練有素：你遇到的每一位員工都微笑問好禮貌讓行，你提出的每一項需求都能得到立即迴應。早餐品種多樣衞生乾淨熱熱乎乎，餐廳餐桌餐具也讓人看起來極為舒服。正餐也可在本餐廳付費解決，兩人一葷一素一湯也就80元左右，份量適宜，色香味均可。出大門過馬路就是“梁河南底河國家濕地公園”的健康步道，飯後散散步也無比愜意。

辦理入住的姓*前台對我們預訂時提出來的要求安排安靜的房間未考慮，溝通過程中他提出的方法我們也不滿意，竟説讓我們取消訂單。我們也是第一次遇見這樣的前台服務，我們旅遊來到一個陌生的地方叫我們取消人生地不熟的，我們去哪裡住啊？這樣的話確實不能説。另酒店房間隔音太差了，我們旁邊的幾家都是服務員早上6:00 去敲門叫醒，我們隔着門板聽得一清二楚，真是心累。但是酒店的早餐還有温泉還不錯。

酒店位置好，離高速路口近，房間可以，衞生乾淨，配有温泉，離大金塔只有幾分鐘，工作人員比較熱情，性價比高的一家酒店，推薦朋友們過來入住體驗，下次過來還會入住。

酒店整體環境很好，服務員態度很好。酒店的早餐種類很多，很好吃！房間很寬敞，要是能提供一處晾衣服的地方就更好了，泡完温泉可以晾一下衣服，不然第二天泳衣還是濕的，有點不方便。泡池區域的小哥哥服務很好，主動過來詢問水温情況，可以根據個體差異調整水温，很人性化👍，泡池很多，水質也很好，都可以嘗試一下。

服務：服務態度好，兩點到酒店，帶着娃娃，房間還沒打掃好，前台一直幫催促打掃衞生，服務員態度都很好，問什麼都細心説哦
環境：環境不錯，主要是帶娃娃去泡澡玩玩水，早餐種類還是多呢，炒飯餌絲米線豆漿雞蛋稀飯，甜點水果

金塔温泉酒店是梁河縣規模比較大的一家豪華酒店了，因開業較早設施都有些舊了，但不影響使用。衞生也搞得比較乾淨，早餐中規中矩。
