Facilities: The facilities are complete and there are many hot spring pools, but the temperature is not stable. Some hot springs have very low temperatures, and some are so hot that they are scalding.
Hygiene: The room is quite clean, but the bathtub in the room is not very clean. It is recommended to use a disposable bathtub cover.

天一温泉清祥和酒店就是欺騙消費者，不是天一温泉酒店，叫斯維登度假公寓，進來房間裏面的樓層安全是斯維登度假公寓，連民宿都不如，房間裏也沒有電話，吃早餐還要爬900多米上去吃早餐，洗衣房也是要爬900多米上去，連前台聯繫方式也沒有入住還要交500按金，看清楚了再定房間，

酒店服務還是很不錯的，
衞生：浴室有個大浴缸十分乾淨，就是整個空間有點小

服務：服務員挺周到，上山都有電瓶車接送

設施：房間還會有一個榻榻米，用來喝茶，衣櫃空間很大，就而且榻榻米下面還有櫃子空間收納很不錯，

環境：有需要的可以選靠山的房間十分安靜，而且每天還能聽到鳥叫，早上起來拉開窗簾，看看綠色的植物十分舒爽

1.房間户型很好，兩個房間是隔開的，有3張小床1張大床，還有2個衞生間，很方便，泡池也有兩個，靠外面的泡池大小合適，需要改善的地方是可以把淋浴間和泡池分開，這樣更乾淨清楚一些。
2.需要吐槽的是早餐，食材不新鮮，水煮蛋的蛋白都是黃色的，有奇怪的味道，地瓜粥裏面還有沒有化開的飯糰，作為4星酒店餐飲連快捷酒店的都比不上。
3.温泉區還是挺大的，體驗感還可以。

搭乘電瓶車需要點運氣，趕時間的話可能自己開車更好點～酒店不錯，孩子很喜歡，温泉也很舒服。但是碰上了下雨，沒能體驗室外池有點可惜。

房間乾淨，安靜。早餐豐富。適合帶長者孩子入住泡温泉。免費停車。床舒服，屬於稍軟的床墊。我訂的是小黃鴨主題家庭房很有趣。酒店工作人員小馬服務也很好。

史上最簡陋的四星酒店，連城高檔酒店第一名。沒有座機沒有一次性拖鞋沒有化粧鏡，衞生間玻璃門簡陋得隨時會碎掉的樣子。攜程對這樣的四星考察力度不夠
