Room was nice but we feel it is a bit overpriced for simple hotel facilities and just ok view.
It supposed to be a great view from the room but it is actual facing big rock/mountain so it is not panoramic view. Room was simple nice and clean.

與宣傳不符。説的有室內外温泉，但去到問了服務員才説室外温泉沒開，要下雪才開。還爭辯説與事實相符，他們就是有室內外温泉。一整個無語住了，所謂的“有”是僅僅擺設嗎？肯定是要以能夠使用為準啊！至於室內温泉更是呵呵了，很小的地方，大家擠在一起，水温也不熱，大概三十多度吧，一起身馬上很冷那種，水也不像温泉，應該就是“熱水”，假温泉。
房間不隔音，晚上外面還要搞篝火晚會、唱K，非常非常吵！
不推薦各位花這個價格來這裏。

服務：温泉温度很合適，非常舒服，從成都自駕過來，理小路堵了三小時，腰痠背痛，好在有温泉泡的舒服得很。
環境：晚上沒有什麼聲音，睡到很香。
早餐：蒸餃好吃，娃娃吃了好幾個。

孩子的秋假 也是趕上好時候了，房間安靜 舒適整潔 床品乾淨柔軟～ 熱水 供氧設備 暖爐 非常好 完全不擔心被高原冷到！另外房間泡池還提供浴球和一次性浴池套 服務人員態度很好 很耐心。最後早餐 很豐富 基本滿足了一家人的各種口味！會再去！！

地理位置優越，離景區遊客中心步行15-20分鐘，不想走路可以讓酒店免費接送景區，自駕遊建議把車停酒店步行或讓酒店接送景區；酒店餐廳的炒菜味道還是不錯的，價格也算合理，早餐也還行；房間面積大，一次性洗漱用品充足，稍稍吐槽一下私湯，其實就是個大號的浴缸，套上一次性浴缸套巨滑無比😓；酒店的服務人員態度都挺好的👍

Beautiful place, comfortable bed, big spacious room, good customer service. Hotel has many indoor hot springs but I didn’t try. 4 good washers and few washers are provided for convenience of guests.
However, cleanliness needs improvement. For example, our room has dirt ( or may be cigarette ash) inside the wash basin and surrounding. Drinking water dispenser tray is very dirty .
Furthermore, wall near lift is dirty and smeared with brown drink streaks, carpet inside lift well is dark and soiled.
If the hotel can improve on cleanliness, it would be an excellent place to stay.

有室內温泉！可惜户外沒開。房間乾淨寬敞，服務人員態度親切，下次有機會還會再來！晚上還有篝火晚會，看起來挺不錯的！早餐種類豐富。
