The experience of staying in this hotel is amazing! As soon as I entered the door, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, the check-in procedure was quick, and they also introduced the surrounding fun places. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a super good sleep. The location is also great, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is convenient to travel. I will choose this place next time I travel!

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

I saw this place online for a holiday trip and decided to check in. It didn't disappoint me. First of all, I really like the environment here. It's clean and sanitary. It's equipped with disposable towels and bath towels, which is very considerate. Secondly, the service is also very good. Free laundry, oxygen supply and humidification are turned on in advance (the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Tibet, the oxygen diffusion is in place, and the humidification is also in place). Upon entering the hotel, staff immediately offered us Rhodiola tea, which is said to help alleviate altitude sickness. The hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, featuring *******, Chinese, and Western options. There's also a cafe on the first floor that offers a wide variety of meals. A self-service laundry room is conveniently located on the 4th floor, equipped with detergent, hangers, and dryers – a real plus for travelers. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service, providing free drop-offs to city attractions such as Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka. Additionally, they offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for the train station and the airport bus station. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, attending to virtually all our requests. We are very grateful to everyone who assisted us during our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Lhasa!

The facilities are excellent and well-equipped. They provide a 24-hour diffuse oxygen supply service, complete with nasal cannulas, which is incredibly helpful and often essential in a high-altitude location like Tibet. Complimentary Rhodiola rosea hot drink is available around the clock – I literally drank it like water! 😄 The cleanliness was spotless, and the environment was comfortable and inviting. Service was exceptional and very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, offering delicious options such as rice noodles, eggs, and a variety of beverages. The location is also incredibly convenient, being very close to Jokhang Temple, and Potala Palace is just a short taxi ride away.

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

首先要點名感謝前台的白瑪女士！因為在我預訂後酒店有幾十元的降價，白瑪女士提出可以由我重新以新價格預訂或者她為我升到行政布宮觀景大床房，我選擇了後者。事後證明，這是我做出最正確最值得的決定！ 1.房間：相當精緻！房間環境温馨，床墊很舒服，佈置得也很用心。有免費的minibar，咖啡機，有配備浴袍，戴森吹風機，空間非常寬敞。供氧充足，我晚上休息得很好。 2.早餐：相當豐盛！早餐廳裝飾温馨，品類齊全，葷菜很多，明檔師傅態度熱情，且早餐時間長，不用太早起，三天我都睡到自然醒才去，菜品依然充足。牛柳炒意麪和幹炒牛河相當好吃！很合我的胃口。早餐廳還有糌粑，甜茶，酥油茶，奶渣，氂牛肉乾等西藏特色小吃，我吃了好多好多氂牛肉乾😂真的相當香！酒店還為我贈送了咖啡，就在一樓大堂現制，品質很好！ 3.風景：相當一流！窗外就是布達拉宮的體驗真的讓我感到非常幸福，可以在欣賞夜景的同時又免受拉薩晚上的寒風。每天晚上我都靠在沙發上，喝着minibar裏的可樂，直到布宮熄燈才回到温暖舒適的床。（當然，沙發也很温暖舒適！）最讓我驚喜的是離店當天，天公作美，早晨天氣晴好，我醒來後剛打開窗簾就看到日照布達拉宮的景象。那一刻我感覺無比驚喜且治癒，這一眼簡直值回了一半的房費！酒店6樓的觀景台我上去過一次，因為更高，風景也更美，露天的環境讓我感覺和這片天地的聯結更深了！拍照也很出片！ 4.服務：相當用心！第一天到店時因為有些晚了，衹剩下三樓的房間，但第二天酒店便幫我換到了四樓，也讓我有了更好的觀景體驗。第一天我打開minibar時，發現冰箱的製冷有些許問題，我告知了前台，但因為我並不刻意追求極致的冰鎮口感，所以對我個人影響不大，因此我和前台説之後記得修一下就好。但讓我沒想到的是，我剛出去吃完晚飯，就發現維修師傅在我房間的門口。竟然僅短短的30分鐘，冰箱就修好了！我真是又驚又喜，師傅因為我對酒店效率的誇讚似乎都有點不好意思了哈哈哈。但我真的要説，這裏的服務效率與態度是十分一流的！ 篇幅有限，更多的入住細節無法贅述，但這真的是一次讓我感到無比温馨且十分滿意的入住體驗。臨走前，前台人員還贈送了我一串藏族傳統掛飾，讓我帶走一份來自西藏，來自逸扉的美好祝願。現在的我坐在機場大巴上，已經開始懷念這三天的時光。謝謝白瑪女士，謝謝酒店的所有服務人員，你們的用心我看到了！
