This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

Very good. I had some grudges when I read online reviews! When I arrived, the front desk quickly helped me check in. The lady helped with luggage and gave me a fruit plate. When I entered the room, I helped turn on the oxygen humidifier. The most surprising thing is that you can sit on the bed and watch the palace. Super satisfied. It's really high. But there is nothing to say about hotel service and location.

The ******* beer in the cabinet tasted surprisingly good. I wanted to buy a few cans from the hotel, but I didn't expect that they gave me three or four cans directly. Hahaha, happy! I am a southerner who is afraid of cold and doesn't like to turn on the heater. I asked the girl at the front desk to get a quilt for my bed in the middle of the night. The service is so good. We stayed at this hotel on the night we returned from the tour group. It's really a surprise. The hotel has a strong ******* style and the surrounding area is quiet and comfortable. Miss Yang Rong provided warm service. She helped us upgrade our room type and arranged a pick-up service in a Mercedes-Benz! The hotel coffee bar has a unique flavor, I have fallen in love with sweet tea I will definitely stay here again when I drive to Lhasa in the future.

I have been staying here and it is not bad. I just called at 9:30 in the evening and said that the room fee was gone. I came down to extend my stay. I suggest you go earlier. The rice noodles for breakfast were pretty good, but nothing else was delicious.

The Yuyue medical oxygen supply device can diffuse moisture throughout the room at all times. The other furniture and decorations do not have a shabby feel. The toiletries are all in disposable mid-to-high-end small bottles. The hot water for showers is large. It's very hot, fully equipped with clothes hangers, shoe wipers, high-end green tea bags, two large reusable bags, white ceramic tea cups as clean as new, trash cans clean and not covered with plastic garbage bags (it can be said that every trash can is changed, high-end hotel processing method) I don’t know why the platform said that some rooms do not have air conditioning, but my ordinary room also has central air conditioning.
