What an amazing hotel, the rooms are immaculate and mine had a view of Potalo palace.
The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent.
Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel.
Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant.
Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!

來拉薩特地體驗住一次松贊。管家式服務會提前聯繫我們。酒店是原汁原味的藏式庭院設計，處處是細節，劉濤和張雨綺都來酒店打卡哦。房間的羊毛毯特別漂亮，木質結構很有藏族特色。去大廳都可以坐電瓶車，可以在大堂喝甜茶吃餅乾。

前台接待，服務，歡迎甜茶，小點心，晚餐都很不錯，早餐的問題還是要點評一下的，從第一次入住松贊系列酒店開始也有8年多時間了，看着自有品牌的酒店崛起確實很欣慰，尤其是在環境艱苦的地區，但是想要繼續發展下去，不光是目前的加大各種品牌合作和跨界的宣傳，更要回歸本質，把服務和管理做的天衣無縫，看看老牌的五星酒店的管理和服務，重點是中層管理很有必要的，這裏不展開講了，舉個例子，十點半的早餐結束，我十點二十到餐廳，居然已經收完餐開始打掃衞生了？可以比較一下隔壁的瑞吉，這種問題在國際品牌是遠遠不可能發生的。希望自主品牌越來越好。

可以説是為了打卡松贊而出發的拉薩之旅，出發前期待已經很高，沒想到來到這裏還是會驚歎這裏的美麗。
管家洛桑入住前就打電話來詢問到達時間，到了酒店早已等候在門口熱情迎接。冬天的拉薩比夏天更容易高反，管家先帶我們在酒店大堂休息，品嚐特製的青稞奶渣餅和甜茶，如同歡迎自己的朋友來家裡做客一樣温暖。
電瓶車直接抵達客房，用古老的鑰匙轉開房門，藏香撲鼻而來，藏式的裝修風格獨特而典雅，陽光透過藏窗灑滿了客廳，語言無法形容這種温馨的感覺。
酒店裡遇到的每一個松贊人都是真誠可愛的，他們真心把我們當作遠道而來的客人，讓我們擁有更加舒適的入住體驗。
早餐在二樓，可以遠眺布達拉宮。可惜三樓的西餐廳最近不營業，晚餐選擇了二樓的藏餐廳，菜品很不錯。餐廳都很安靜，氛圍很好。
酒店大堂旁也有精品店，諾樂的圍巾和喀瓦堅的地毯都值得入手。
真的捨不得離開，有機會再帶家裡人一起來。
