I checked into the hotel on March 28th. I had severe altitude sickness. I saw a reminder on the Ctrip backend that the hotel would start supplying oxygen at 8pm, so I had to buy a few oxygen cylinders myself. There was a problem with the humidifier in the room. The room attendant came in without saying hello, just filled the humidifier with water and left. There was no minimum courtesy or kind reminder to customers about the instructions. There was no training or assessment on weekdays. At 8 o'clock, there was still no oxygen, and my oxygen cylinder had been used up. I called the front desk and she told me that the oxygen supply would start at 8:30. At 8:30, I called her again and she said the technician had gone to open it. At 8:33, she called again and asked me to wait. I arrived directly at 8:37. I questioned the front desk, but they still didn't feel uneasy. I went to the VIP building of Tibet Hotel as a person with altitude sickness. Many other hotels provide oxygen all day long, but they didn't provide oxygen from 8:30 pm to 7 am the next day, which is very unfriendly. I didn't expect that they didn't provide it during the time period and there was no apology. I had a severe headache from altitude sickness and found the front desk to question them. High-quality service should open oxygen for customers in advance and care about their physical condition. This front desk was arrogant and had no sympathy for the customers. Altitude sickness is very dangerous. I accepted such a cold and ruthless service experience of the VIP building of Tibet Hotel when I was extremely uncomfortable. I will never come again! !

If the restaurant does not serve breakfast, please do not sell rooms with meals! Today, there is no breakfast, and meals are provided according to the number of people. See the picture for the actual items, but I just want to eat a bowl of hot soup noodles... no! In addition, in my previous review, the hotel replied that the oxygen supply time period was written on the Ctrip introduction page. I went back to the page to check again. Sorry, I didn’t see where the oxygen supply time period was marked! In summary, ① If you don’t mind breakfast, then book a room without meals. The price is less than 300, this room is OK. ② If you don’t mind walking a long way to go in and out of the hotel, or there are cars in and out, then you can book it. ③ If you don’t mind the erratic oxygen supply time in the room, and the oxygen supply facilities are sometimes good and sometimes bad, you can book it. ④ If you don’t mind no service, you can book everything by yourself. It’s a pity that the room facilities are pretty good, but the service is not!

The hotel is a state-owned enterprise with a large parking lot, which is especially suitable for renting a car or driving by yourself. The price is still very cost-effective in winter. It is recommended that the oxygen can be parked later in the morning~~~

Very good hotel. The Tibetan-style king-size bed room I booked was full, so the hotel gave me a big surprise and took the initiative to upgrade the room type to a suite priced at 1,000 yuan, which was awesome. The breakfast dishes were rich, and you can also DIY butter tea, which was very good.

The room is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding environment is good. The room is fully equipped, hygienic, and has oxygen. The hotel's breakfast is rich. The hotel is at the innermost part of the compound, so make it clear when taking a taxi.

Traveling with my parents, we booked a room with a king bed and a twin bed, but they were not arranged on the first floor. The corridor on the twin bed floor always smelled of cigarettes. I hope to add non-smoking floor options. The VIP building is a little inside the hotel entrance. The car has to be driven in specially, otherwise it is just walking in at the door. The room facilities are quite satisfactory, the bedding is good, there are offering facilities, which are provided from night to morning, and the switch is convenient. The first day was provided until 7 o'clock, and the second day was gone at 6 o'clock. The official time is 6 o'clock. The dry and wet separated bathroom, that is, the bathroom has no door, which is actually a bit embarrassing sometimes. The biggest problem is that the room is too hot... Because there is no cooling demand in summer, the air conditioner can only ventilate at most. The window can be opened but the wind cannot come in. The room facing south is still very hot until the evening. Thank you for the sun in Lhasa. Fruits and snacks are provided at the door, which is life-saving. The tea provided is of good quality, and the breakfast is OK. It has what it should have. I especially praise the tsampa, but the waiter needs to make it now, and someone needs to ask. The room service is better than the front desk. All in all, it's a state-owned hotel with no special services, but the overall price/performance ratio is good.

The hotel is big, the restaurant is big, and there are many guest rooms. It is quiet and comfortable. There is a road under construction at the entrance, which is a bit messy. The hotel lobby is a bit far away in the back building

This should be an old hotel, located west of the center of Lhasa, very convenient to the museum and Norbulingka. The view is outside the window, the indoor facilities are also good, the tea bag is jasmine tea, very fragrant, centralized oxygen supply but not 24 hours, and it feels not concentrated enough. The breakfast is not rich enough, there are hot food such as boiled rice noodles. Overall, it is satisfactory
