酒店位置略偏，多為團隊入住，酒店年份很久又欠維護保養，衞生間浴簾桿一碰就掉，沖淋籠頭陳舊不好使，房間不配礦泉水和麪紙，每次連網數十分鐘就掉網，辦理入住和退房效率低下。

首先房間設施設備有點老化，但是房間衞生做的特別好，尤其是前廳的索多對客人的態度好，客房服務也好，停車方便，離布達拉宮近。

普通酒店，住宿條件説的過去，主要問題是沒有電梯。酒店位置不錯，房間也還安靜，有空調。衞生間有澡盆，讓人感到有點意外。有個挺大的停車場，是個收費停車場，對外開放。住店客人的車可以免費停車。

環境：金玉其外敗絮其中，空間足夠大隔音效果不好設備幾乎都是壞的。
設施：設施很老舊 馬桶沖水按了沒反應沖不下去，浴室裏得浴缸也是中看不中用，洗澡不方便需要站浴缸裏，並且花灑衹有一個頭長在牆上水壓比較小，沒法調節很不方便。由於我們是凌晨一點到的，洗完頭髮發現吹風機壞的，於是打電話給前台，前台不接打了好幾遍最後直接掛斷，再打讓打客房。後面客房送了一個吹風機過來，插上電還沒吹兩下又壞了，真的很無語啊！！
服務：談不上什麼服務 給了房卡沒寫房號後面跑去問了，到了房間門口打不開門別人都是刷卡，我們的門啥也沒有後麪找服務員鑰匙開的，前台態度很惡劣本來想投訴的想第二天趕時間算了。
環境：隔音效果很差，隔壁説話都能給吵醒，大清早的打掃衞生的敲門走廊嘰嘰喳喳真的很惱火，我們連續開車需要休息。設施什麼的都很陳舊，除了洗手間一小卷紙 客廳盡然沒有抽紙。這麼好的地理位置和空間，希望經營者多提升一下服務和裝修設施吧！

很滿意的一次入住，並不像差評裏面説的，房間乾淨衞生，有熱水和空調，雖然床頭沒有充電口，但是酒店配備了插線板，可以拉到床頭使用，最主要的是，酒店員工非常熱情，辦理入住的時候告訴了我們注意事項，很滿意，性價比超高，非常推薦大家來住一住，地理位置也好，離大昭寺和布達拉宮都不遠，出行方便，還可以免費停車！贊!

據説以前是西藏自治區政府接待的招待所，現在是自治區三星級國企酒店，我個人感覺是一次不錯的住宿體驗，五星好評，比較推薦！
衞生：酒店衞生挺好的，沒得説，畢竟是三星級酒店
環境：酒店環境挺好的，適合出門散散步，院子裏綠化做的很不錯
服務：前台和客房服務態度好，及時解決住客問題和需求
設施：酒店停車場很大很方便，很安全，有安保人員巡邏和前台、客房服務！

前台的小夥子非常熱情😄看我行李多幫我將行李送到了房間內。客房裝飾很有年代感，也很乾凈，客房服務員的服務也很到位。最重要的是離羅布林卡、布達拉宮非常近，晚上可以到周邊散步，強烈推薦！順便附上旅照😎

房間很不錯，住着也很舒適，酒店的環境也非常好，院內綠化非常多，是一家園林式酒店。服務員的服務態度也是極度的友好和禮貌，讓我遠離家鄉有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的地理位置非常有優勢，而且周邊的配套設施也非常完善，超市、各類餐飲都很多。交通位置也很好，出行非常便利。詢問了服務員是一家老字號的國有酒店，對於我來説出門安全絕對有了保障，是值得來拉薩後可以信賴的住所。

酒店房間非常乾淨，前台、客房服務也很好，環境十分優雅，值得一提的是位置好，周邊有超市，飯館和拉薩最大的夜市，離布達拉宮、羅布林卡也非常近，總之這次入住非常滿意，下次來繼續選擇入住。
