Excellent service, we are very happy with the hospitality that was offered to us at the hotel. Everything from cleanliness to service to going the extra mile with free floor of mineral bottle, turn down service with fruits and yoghurt etc. Not forgetting the excellent view of the Potala Palace from our rooms as well from the breakfast table truly made our stay a very memorable one.

Nice hotel with spectacular view at rooftop restaurant.
Great location, walking distance from a lot of key attractions and shops you can walk to after finishing the tour with your local guide as required for foreigners.
Staff were friendly and tried their best to help despite not much English; thanks to wechat :)

The room is very large, you can see the Potala Palace from the room, the floor heating is very strong, there are 2 humidifiers in the room, and it is generally very comfortable.
