The smell of the room is unpleasant, the bed is hard to sleep, more than 300 are not suitable, the only good thing is that it is close to the business district and convenient for shopping!

住過N個酒店，真的沒遇到過衞生這麼差服務這麼差的酒店，一進大廳確實挺高級的，結果一到前台真的服了沒有禮貌用語，別説禮貌用語，前台坐着給客人開房，你們前台基本的禮貌禮節沒學嗎？真的很差勁，一進房間覺得還可以但是細節衞生服了👍🏽那個彌散式氧氣瓶上媽呀你們幾年沒擦？本以為當天擦了被灰給弄臟了，就當天晚上留了個指紋印，結果第二天續住回來還是那樣，衞生間玻璃洗漱台洗臉盆你們酒店的續住衞生這麼隨便？直接被子重新疊一下就可以？真的不推薦入住

房間設施還可以，就是前台藏族服務員態度超級差，差點吵起來。就不知道好好説話嗎，簡直了，體驗感非常差。要不是小孩高考，我才不會訂這家酒店，還有就是酒店沒有空調，前台服務超級差。地下停車場的保安態度也很差，基本是靠吼的，漢語也聽不太懂，就會反覆説：沒車位，出去。太無語了。拉薩一個旅遊城市，怎麼會有這樣的服務態度。

房間乾淨整潔，衞生間熱水很給力，價格也可以，唯一不足的是樓上是足浴，我住四樓，一整晚聽見窗户外男女服務員的調笑聲和喊話聲不斷，訂房時考慮隔音問題還特意定的大床房，實在不能接受
