We liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

Because I had some altitude sickness when I arrived in Lhasa, I specially booked this hotel with oxygen room on Ctrip. The waiter was very warm, polite and well-educated. The room was very clean. The waiter also upgraded the room type. It was better than expected. I renewed the room for one night and stayed for two consecutive days. The Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street and Potala Palace are not far away. The location of the hotel is super good. When I checked out, the front desk waiter was also warm and polite and gave me ******* incense as a souvenir. This hotel is really worth recommending. Five-star praise

It's really bad. I stayed in this room on my first day in Tibet. It was very small and depressing. The carpet was wet and had just been mopped, but it still felt dirty. There was a cigarette hole. The tiles from the carpet to the bathroom were super slippery. The bedding was not comfortable. I was assigned to the second floor. Downstairs was the Internet-famous beef hot pot restaurant. They sang until midnight. I couldn't sleep the whole first night. The service was even worse. I didn't see the tea I was supposed to receive. I called and they said it was delivered, but it didn't.
