The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and tasty. There’s lots of food to choose for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable.

not much choice in restaurants

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

Friendly and clean

The happiest choice for the trip to Lhasa, the hotel is very beautiful, the room has oxygen supply, the view outside the window is very good, very comfortable, the lotion is easy to use, relieved a lot of dry skin problems, the hotel service is super considerate, thank the housekeeper Carol for her careful care and exquisite small gifts 🎁 I like it very much 💕 There are birds accompanying me when I eat in the restaurant on the first floor, which is super warm and cute. When I checked out this morning, I found that my tire was flat. Several ******* concierge guys enthusiastically helped me change the tire. Xirao Luosang even lay on the ground to help. Then one of the guys named Suolang Danda drove me to take the tire to fix it, and then brought it back to load it on the car. They were very enthusiastic throughout the whole process. I give a thumbs up to this group of ******* guys! I specially left their names: Suolang Danda, Dan Zengcuo, Xirao Luosang, Pingcuo

Although the guest rooms are relatively old, they are still well maintained. The hotel has a large space and the service is also good. However, attention needs to be paid to the details. The mouthwash cup has a chip and I almost scratched it. The bedside reading light has a problem and keeps turning on intermittently.

The room was very clean. The buffet was good. Especially the service attitude of the front desk guy Hu Yang was very good and patient. He represented the good image of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. It is worth recommending and trustworthy.

The hotel environment is very good, grand and dignified. Opposite is the exhibition center. It happened to be the Shoton Festival when I came, and there was another good place to hang out. Kiki at the guest center was very enthusiastic and responsive. She also introduced me to the service facilities around the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The hotel's buffet dinner was also quite classy. It was really luxurious to be able to eat unlimited seafood at an altitude of more than 3,000 meters. It was only 178 yuan for hotel guests, which was a great deal. You have to know that a bowl of noodles in Lhasa costs more than 20 yuan! All five stars!
