前台漫漫非常貼心，熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，解決問題及時，還幫我們推薦了周邊景點，滿足了家人需求，我們感到很温馨，床鋪很舒適，環境很好，採光好！配有桌子和小沙發，很安靜。酒店位置優越，靠近西藏大學，市政府，萬達，出行方便，地上地下都有停車場，出行很便利，出差首選！

餐廳：明檔區的戴個口罩，帶個帽子最好，態度也很差就像是我們沒付錢一樣的態度。

1，供氧問題，説是彌散製氧，實際出氧量非常小，需要用鼻吸管勉強用，而且凌晨三四點就完全停了，導致本人高反加重，頭痛欲裂。2，房間吊頂上的電機噪音振動很大聲，床頭電話打前台打不通，衹能半夜一點多下樓到前台讓修理工檢查。修理工檢查確實是吊頂上的機器問題，衹能把電源關掉，導致智能馬桶都不能沖水，衹能自己接水沖廁所。3，定酒店的時候看中午12點之後就可以入住，實際到了之後，等了五六分鐘才告訴我，短時間內沒辦法做完衞生，要等很久，我們衹能帶着行李出門，過了三個多小時才又回到酒店辦理入住。
其他還有很多小問題，比如:
門是壞的，推門很費勁。
陽台窗户是外玻璃內紗窗的結構，一進房的時候外面的玻璃窗就是開的，但是紗窗居然是鎖死，試了很多次不能打開，導致我想把外面窗户關上都不能，半夜室外10度，房間一直是冷的。
自助烘乾機是壞的，工作人員知道但是沒修。
mini冰箱是空的，標註是四鑽的酒店，居然沒有任何茶葉或咖啡飲品。
房間頂部在出風口附近破了幾個洞，老化發黴成黑色。

房間比較大，比較安靜，衞生這些很OK，價格便宜，還有比這個酒店價格貴一兩百的酒店都沒有的配置：彌散式供氧，前台工作人員非常熱情，酒店早餐也很OK，酒店有地下室和地面停車場和充電樁，周邊餐飲和商業也比較發達，總體來説性價比非常高，高度推薦商務出差和帶家人旅遊入住，非常不錯👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

這次入住體驗超棒！我以為拉薩這邊的的酒店普通話會不是很好，沒想道普通話這麼流利，而且前台工作人員即便忙得不可開交，依然有條不紊。面對我的各種問題，始終耐心解答，辦理入住時還貼心提醒了早餐時間和周邊網紅打卡地。全程熱情又專業，服務細節滿分，真的被狠狠暖到！下次來還住這兒！
