The chalet was so cosy and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was very panoramic. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our dinner at the Hotel restaurant was excellent. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel.

Loved the coziness of the whole place. Food was great, bar area wonderful with roaring fire. Staff friendly. The views everywhere where we looked were incredible! My only suggestion would be better walking directions from Leysin-Feydey station. I was told to take “the path”, but with all of us carrying our luggage, taking a fairly deep snowy path was not going to work for us.

We’ve just returned from a short stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it! Th staff on reception were so friendly and helpful, they could not do enough for us. The breakfast was lovely and had a lot of choice. The hotel views are unbeatable and the hotel itself is really lovely. We are already planning to come back again.

Great service and attention to detail, thanks for letting me know so quickly about the stuff I forgot! fantastic room and the outside jacuzzi is a dream in the evening surrounded by snow with a glass of Champagne. Staff very kind and attentive. Pity about the car e-charger!

The rooms were clean. Balconies were small but nice. Breakfast was delicious! Hot tub was nice , not super hot. Sauna was great. Staff were lovely. We departed very early prior to breakfast service. The staff were very accommodating and provided us when lots of take away items.

Splendid hotel, wooden room with mountain style, welcoming, clean and quiet. We had a very good lunch at the restaurant. Very varied breakfast with sweet and savory products. Different types of milk. We also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the mountains. Very kind staff.
