I enjoyed my stay and the service was great but only one elevator worked and the hotel was booked to capacity.

Bad location breakfast ******

There was no one at the front desk many times. The bed was rather strange, with only a thin bedspread on top, no blanket or top sheet. I was COLD trying to sleep and there was no spare blanket in the room.

Breakfast was great. Diablos Mexican restaurant beside the hotel was great for dinner too. Hotel was clean and staff was very nice and friendly

The place needs an update but, room was clean and free breakfast was great! Excellent coffee also . The entire hotel is tired and old but, we appreciated the effort in cleaning. All of the staff was kind except the large curly haired guy. He never acknowledged us at all. No eye contact no, welcome. Disappointing. We were there 5 nights for a family funeral and he was there most of the time. Not a good look of you're trying to stay open. The rest of the staff we came in contact with were very kind and welcoming. Good value for the money. I will consider it again when I visit Lexington

Outlet didn't work, cover off on another outlet, the drain leaked in the sink by the refrigerator and leaked into the cupboard below

The toilet didn’t flush. At all. The curtains were shredded and dirty and the floors and behind the bannister was filthy.

The photos of this property were taken at least ten years ago! There was no comforter on the beds, just two sheets.

Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was ginormous with a separate kitchenette and was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with a lovely housekeeping team that would make sure we came to a freshly made bed every day. The breakfast was the same every morning, but provided grain and protein options to start your day. The property also had a communal patio space which was great to enjoy the evening outdoors. Would highly recommend!! Huge thank you to every staff member for making our stay a wonderful one
