Front desk people were terrible, no good customer relations. There was no light throughout the night, I slept in the dark, and heat was terrible . The restaurant was another hostile place. I can't recommend the place for people.

Griffin Gate Golf Weekend Great spot for a weekend of golf and a spa day. Outdoor pool was heated and clean. Golf course is beautiful and staff are amazing.

The room had clumps of hair on the floors and all over the bathroom. The area rug had not been vacuumed. Shower doors wouldn’t stay closed so water would pour out into the floors. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. There were no toiletries, soap, toilet paper, etc. in our room upon check in. Even after going to the front desk twice, the room still wasn’t cleaned. Lobby and hallways are not clean. There were used bandaids on the floors for two days before they were even picked up.

Issues Loved the hotel . My only complaint would be we paid for a balcony and because it had not been maintained , the door stuck and had a difficult time trying to open . Not to mention it had wa not locked .it could use some Wd40 and a good cleaning of the tracks . On top of that it wa hot and humid in the room . So I’d suggest cleaning the filters for a better airflow .

This was a lovely stay, however the room was not to the standards of cleanliness that it should have been upon arrival (visible dirt on the bed frame and on the counter). Additionally the condition of one of the peloton bikes were almost unridable and unsafe and the other one wouldn’t connect to the app. The bourbon butter cake was a real treat. There was also limited handicap parking for my father.
