Was not able to stay with Fairbridge in Lewiston due to a back injury that occurred the morning of the first day of a reservation for a 2-day stay. Even though it was too late to cancel the reservation, I attempted to once I had arrived home late the same day, hoping the extenuating circumstances would at least gain me a credit for one of the two days. No dice. Lesson learned, and being in business myself, I fully realize that there must be rules that managers and team members must follow to ensure the sustainability of a business; however, there are also exceptions to those rules if extenuating circumstances occur and are reasonable and legitimate.

I think the maids need to ask if a guest is in need of anything, when they don’t have to clean the room daily. I know that they didn’t ask at all . So the guest is then responsible to ask for extra towels or toilet paper. It only takes a minute to make sure the guest has enough towels & anything else.

Great and attentive staff. Clean room. I stayed for a dog show with my young Mastiff. The staff were so nice to us and catered to our very special accommodations. I plan on booking next year as soon as event dates are announced.

Was alright stay. Wasn't bothered and had no problems booking extra day or the adding on of my dog. Was given a bag with a dog waste bag and a dog biscuit.

Horrible customer service
You literally canceled my reservation at 5 AM in the morning. I was searching for another hotel to stay in after traveling for almost 24 hours and losing my luggage. You were no help at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Compensation would be definitely helpful to change this rating because it was horrible.

AHS Hotel vibes
Booked online because it looked relatively clean, had a pool and was affordable for a one night stay. We got to the hotel 25 minutes before check in and they charged us an early check in fee, we went up to our room and as soon as we unlocked the door, we noticed the door had definitely been kicked in before, one single light for the entire room, dirty room, some sort of goop left on the comforter, we immediately turned around and said nope. We checked out after about 3 minutes and went to Best Western across the river. I understand they’re an older hotel but in its current state, it’s a “by the hour” type of place.

Bad hotel
The night front desk lady was amazing.
Unfortunately the room was dirty my door looked like someone kicked it in the pool and hot tub where not in service the bathroom looked like the tub wasn't cleaned, they cut off breakfast at 830 beacuse they were out of everything and as I left the building I tripped and fell in over a carpet that was flipped in the entrance.
I hurt my knees and wrist.

Nobody at desk at check in. Lobby bathrooms out of order but no sign stating so. Carpets in hallway extremely dirty.
Desk clerk Collene rude, spent more time out front smoking. We will not be back.
