Not bad

Everything was amazing, service, breakfast and facilities; except for the air conditioning of the room was not working properly. It was set for 76F but it was freezing in the room.

we arrived late due to traveling conditions.i informed the hotel we would be a late check in. upon arrival we did not have the room i reserved. they had to give us a different room. also was told that we could have breakfast from 6a-10a. we went done at 855a, and there was a sign that said due to staff shortages there would not be breakfast. we spent 270 dollars for 7 hours and no breakfast. at 1101am they we knocking on our door to leave. i requested a late check out and was told no.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and staff is very friendly and courteous.

This is my second visit to a Home 2 property. The design is updated and the new breakfast is awesome! We were without power until the middle of the night due to a storm. The lobby had a generator where everyone could sit. That was nice. The only complaint I have, and this really doesn't have anything to do with the cleaning staff, is that there was a dirty odor in the room. I know these hotels are pet-friendly, so maybe that's what it was. The room was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is new so the rooms are clean and well cared for. I could not find the inserts for the coffee maker (Keurig) and when I told the desk clerk as we checked out, she told me that they were in the dishwasher since housekeeping always put them in the dishwasher. I told her that was the last place I would have looked, I did look in the coffee supply basket as well as the drawers. She seems more interested in justifying the situation than correcting it. Perhaps as note in the supply basked saying "inserts for coffee machine in dishwasher" might correct the situation so it doesn't happen to someone else.

No change bed in 4 days, and if you want the service you have to called in advance, they explain me. Others hotel they made your bed every day even though they not change your bed

Very clean hotel. Staff was helpful and quick to check us in as it was late at night. Breakfast was great.

Room was clean and spacious. The whole hotel was clean and quiet. The lady who checked us in was super friendly.
