This hotel impressed us in many ways. We would certainly return for a longer stay. Great view over the valley, surrouned by mountains, with lake Caldonazzo in the distance. The hotel atmosphere is warm, calm and welcoming. In most areas one can detect the subtle scent of cut pine - it was renovated about 6 years ago we were told, and the interior is modern but relaxed. The staff are very pleasant and professional. We were checked in by the lovely Matilde who answedred all our questions - she had called us 1 hr before, just a courtesy call to make sure we were on our way and could find the hotel ok... :) Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our double bed was big, 2m across. Super. Breakfast on the veranda was amazing. So fresh, so much choice and my coeliac (keywords: celiac - celiaco - celiachia - senza glutine) was very happy when a membr of kitchen staff arrived with a selection of warm GF bread, even slices of GF cake! We would definitely return to try the dinner. No time to try the wellness area, as we arrived in the evening. Well... that's gota be an excellent excuse to return!

A must-go when in Levico Terme. Excellent in everything. I've stayed in this hotel several times, now, ever since it has been renovated, it is even more exquisite. I will miss the smell of the cirmolo trees the most. Pure joy! I gladly recommend.

Wonderful location, beds, room, facility on hillside across valley from tall mountains. Good breakfast. Wood covered walls and piney smell. Elegant in a stark Teutonic way. Near wonderful find of a restaurant called Boivin.Would love to have stayed longer.

Super disappointing dinner arrangement. I travel solo this time and was given a dinner table right in the middle of everything. Everyone had to pass me no matter what. I asked for another table but was told it wasn't poas although I could see empty tables.... Behind me sat a group of 8 people. They were extremely loud. What a disappointing dinner that was. Poor judgement of the staff. I left before dinner was over - I'd had enough of being seated in the train station.

My friend and I spent the night as we traveled through on our motorcycles and were pleasently surprised by the quality of the rooms and food! We stayed in the old hotel, not the new one, had a big clean room with a balcony, the breakfast spread was delicious and the wellness offers were perfect after being on the motorcycle for 10 hours! We'll definitely visit again!

Came here for a restfull retreat. Pop in 2 days for the Easter break. Everything was just perfect. Handled very nice from the very booking to check-out by Miss. Afra. Single room on the second floor, with afternoon sun, overlooking the pool area. SPA, which is on -1 floor, was open from the 3.00 PM till 9.00 PM so one could grab a breakfast (excellent hot/cold buffet choice), does the trekking or cycling in the morning, then retreat to whirlpool/pool and suntanning and close up with saunas and a total relax. Can't ask for more really. In the evening, if you are a spirits lover, a fine selection of local "grappa" (rakija/schnaps) in the hotel bar for aperitif. I have enjoyed that. Special thanks to the bar manager, Mr. Imran, who provided me with all the necessary info. For two and a half days did not have any needs or thoughts regarding car, cellular, TV or any other common daily "venom", which was the plan indeed. Certainly will return on the next occasion. Thank you guys!

È un hotel che utilizzo per lavoro, molto bello curato. Ottima la pulizia e l'accoglienza del personale. Colazione superlativa. Da un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta però di trovare in camera un accappatoio, le ciabatte e un kit di cortesia con cuffia, spazzolino, dentifricio, cottofioc etc. Nel bagno mancano una mensola per appoggiare il beauty e un porta asciugamani. Sarebbero graditi anche nella stanza un appoggia valigie e uno specchio. Non è accettabile far pagare il noleggio dell'accappatoio e delle ciabatte per poter usufruire della tanto rinomata area wellness, suo fiore all'occhiello. Ciò nonostante merita un buon punteggio.

Das Haus ist empfehlenswert. Es gibt sehr wenig auszusetzen. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung, … sind wirklich überdurchschnittlich. Wir hatten Halbpension. Die Speisen selbst waren auch sehr überzeugend. Kritisieren möchte trotzdem den Umstand, dass die Planung im Service des Restaurants Mängel aufwies. Leider führte dass regelmäßig dazu, dass Gänge schlichtweg kalt waren. Wenn ich hier kalt schreibe, meine ich das auch so. Da ich das als relativ einfach vermeidbar halte, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, es hier anzuführen. Bitte Cristallo Team, nehmt das ernst, denn es war wirklich der einzige Punkt und Grund, keine uneingeschränkte “5 Punkte” zu vergeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍
