Our experience of the hotel was completely different from the description on the website. A homely feeling, a connection between guest and staff was never apparent. This hotel has very good marketing. However, if you advertise everything so boldly, you should try to deliver. The B1 highway is in front of the "Landhotel." At the rear is a large sports field where, of course, events are always taking place, sometimes until 10:30 p.m. Furthermore, you can hear the aircraft noise (in the evenings/nights) from the nearby Cologne/Bonn Airport. The parking situation is beyond modest. The breakfast with regional products is also being emphasized. We didn't notice anything regional. Packaged butter, industrial jam, and honey. Simply a run-of-the-mill breakfast. You need a time slot to eat this, as there are only 10 tables in a corridor/room for breakfast. Absolute chaos. No friendly reception, some rooms have carpeted floors, patched tiles thickly coated with silicone. One day, the room wasn't even cleaned. When asked, there was no apology! I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a vacation hotel. And then there's the "record room"... a bench with a built-in record player and headphones in the hallway, off which the rooms lead. Everything is described differently here!

tolles Hotel, liegt zwar an ner Hauptverkehrsstrasse, ist aber sehr ruhig dort. Zimmer sind top gepflegt und sauber, das Team sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Immer wieder, wenn ich in Leverkusen übernachten möchte. War ein Volltreffer.

Ein Ort zum Krafttanken und Ausruhen vom städtischen Trubel, obwohl Köln schnell erreicht ist. Ab Haustür ist ein Spaziergang in ländlichem Flair möglich, den man hier zunächst nicht vermutet. Im Hotel eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre und sehr guter Service. Auch das Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen. --＞ Volltreffer!

Die Mitarbeiter bieten einen tollen Service. Sehr Kundenorientiert. Der Gast steht hier wirklich im Mittelpunkt. Ich hatte nur ein für mich ungeeignetes Zimmer. Die Heizung war hinter einem Vorhang. Also entweder kälteres Zimmer oder mehr Licht im Raum. Beides nicht toll.

Chambre au 2e étage sans ascenseur avec escalier raide. Grande chambre mais agencé bizarrement. Produit d'accueil sympa, chambre propre. Piscine seulement ouverte de 19H à 22H, dommage heure du repas. Nous voulions en profiter pour nous détendre à notre arrivée à 17h après 380 km de route sous une pluie battante. Nous avions déjà rencontré ce problème en 2016, la piscine était fermé pour eau froide. Petit déjeuner bien si vous arrivé à l'ouverture, mais couteux. Dommage pour nous d'avoir donné une 2e chance à cette hôtel.
