Nice hotel if you need to be at Chempark. The rooms are modern but very high-tech. Airco was complicated, and turning out lights was impossible (they have moving sensors). Good breakfast. I booked a place at the restaurant (very nice) but then went wrong. The hotel wrote: 'As a hotel guest, you can eat in our restaurant without a reservation.' That's not true!! You have to make a reservation.

Just used the coffee shop - as I called by after going to the Park and Gardens - The coffee shop was very nice - nice coffee , excellent sandwich and caring and considerate staff - there is also a large outside area

Hotel isolated from everywhere so fine for short business trip if working in local area. Room large but doors noisy and room too hot. Lots of technology too in room. Disappointing you have to walk down to the restaurant to order room service and menu extremely limited for fish or vegetarians. No guest areas of comfort if you are waiting for a flight. The main dining hall appears to be a work lunch canteen so not ideal as gets very busy. Would stay somewhere more central next time. Also staff not very customer friendly.

Very large and luxurious hotel 30 minutes from Cologne. Rooms are large and have the latest technology in light and sound. The rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom has a beautiful rain shower that is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant has an excellent menu and a large breakfast buffet.

Location and facilities are good and practical. The hotel does not treat guests' belongings with care. In my case, a suitcase went missing and when I asked repeatedly, I was fobbed off and it was made out as if I had lost the suitcase. Not recommended!

Ein absolutes Highlight aller Hotels, die ich jemals besuchen durfte. Dieses Hotel wurde gerade für sehr viel Geld renoviert und es gibt 0,0 Makel in den Zimmern, im Empfang, oder der Freundlichkeit! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Zubereitung des Spargels, ein Biss wie eine Mohrrübe hatte ich mir nicht vorgestellt. Die Bedienung war erstklassig und unglaublich nett. meine Einwände wurden akzeptiert, und freundlich wurde das Essen zurückgenommen. Jederzeit würde ich dieses Hotel wieder besuchen!
